Come stay at our updated condo at the Ledges!!!...NAUTICAL SHORES #233 (2 Pools & Beach)

We've taken into account everything that we would like in a vacation home if we were going to book a rental... Because, WE STAY HERE TOO!
One challenge we had was how to best furnish the unit to accommodate large families. We wanted our condo to be inviting to families as well as friends. We met this challenge with a king bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest room. Go upstairs and No more (or at least fewer) arguments with kids having to share a bed... We have not one, but 2 bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom. The first is a twin over twin and the other is a twin over full!!! We hope this will meet anyone's vacation needs! Make sure you check out the pictures below...
Some of the luxuries you will experience here include:
-Flat-Panel, HD televisions through-out
-HD programing
-Access to 'web-TV' like Netflix, Hulu & Roku
-Up-Scale, modern furniture and décor.
-Washer and dryer in unit, newer appliances in kitchen featuring white granite
-From the Deck you'll enjoy a view of the lake and the beach. Spend an evening on the deck relaxing and watching a beautiful sunset while watching boats come and go!
**As of April 1, 2024, we regret to inform you that all open flame grills are now prohibited. Please note that pellet smokers, charcoal, and propane grills are no longer permitted due to a recent policy change by our new insurance company and the city of Osage Beach.

Our goal when you come stay in our vacation home is that you feel as if you're our guest. We hope you're so pleased with your stay that your are ready to book your return trip before you leave!
BOATERS: If you need a boat slip let us know and we can get you in contact with a boat slip to rent. However, The State Park is a short drive away and offers a very nice launch facility as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge, and the center-point of everything on the water!
LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. Also, make sure to stop by 'the Landing' which is right up the hill from the Ledges. This very quaint group of shops will be a fun-filled afternoon for any group!
GOLFERS: Bring your Clubs!!!
Some of the best golf courses are a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex.
The fine print... By booking this unit, you agree to the following rules and regulations of both Unit 233 and it's owners, as well as the Ledges Condo Owners Association... (ie, this is our rental agreement)
**ABSOLUTLEY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO. Any violation of the pet or smoking policy will forfeit their deposit. PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE SO THERE WILL BE NO FINES.**
(AT LEAST ONE RENTER MUST BE 24 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.)
CHECK-IN: 4:00pm...CHECK-OUT: 10:00 am
All rentals are subject to local sales tax and lodging tax. Departure cleaning fee of $180.00.
Damage deposit of $300.00 on all stays. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection\cleaning of condo and return of keys and parking permits.
$50.00 fee(per permit) for non return of parking permit. Use of parking permit is required during holiday periods only. (ie: Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekend)
No refund for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather.
Quiet hrs. 11: 00PM-7:00AM enforced by grounds security.
Condo rules and regulations will be in the condo. Any violations of the rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your deposit or billed to you.
No Ice Maker in unit.
Starter supplies of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and fresh bath towels and linens are provided. Additional supplies are not included in rental. Gas is not supplied for grill. Communication is key, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled 30 days prior to stay will receive 50% refund. Less than 2 weeks refund is dependent on unit being re-booked.
