Toilet was filthy. Condo was dusty and dirty. Cups in cupboard were dirty. They put lipstick on a pig but didn’t finish it off. No shampoo or soap for showering. Bathtub in master was so slippery both of us almost fell down. Needs a lot more work!

Nice condo

The condo was very nice. Our group of 9 all enjoyed it. We really liked the close beach access.

Bowlby stay

It was good location. The beach very close and the place was nice and clean. Enjoyed the stay very much. If I had to say anything negative I would say there wasn't enough towels for the ppl that we listed to stay. Thank you so much we all enjoyed our stay.

We love the Ledges

We had a great time. We had a small issue with the pull out couch but the host quickly had a technician out to fix it and all was good! Highly recommend!

A wonderful family vacay!

We had a wonderful time with our annual family vacation before school starts. Our condo was beautiful and our host was top-notch. She was quick to reply when i had questions/concerns and helped us find a slip for our boat last minute (we weren't planning on bringing a boat initially, but she helped us out!) Would definitely recommend!

Baseball and Family fun

The condo was beautiful and everything was as it was described. They had plenty of cookware in the kitchen to make meals on the days we wanted to stay close to the lake. The condo is close to several boat rentals and the little beach area. The kids loved fishing and taking the boat out. Overall this condo was perfect for our family and I would love to come back again.

The condo is absolutely beautiful!

Our recent stay at the condo was so accommodating!! The condo was modern and felt like home! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook! Susana was so nice to work with and easily reachable when we had questions! I would stay there again!! Thanks Susana for making such a memorable stay!

Nice “Lake” place

We were just in for one night and stayed here. It was good to lay our heads. It feels very lake side. Clean, but a few things out of place and messy. We were in and out so did not spend any time in the space but to sleep and shower.

Good Location

Place was great. Just couldn’t give five stars because we were not told to turn the breaker on for the water heater so we no hot water the first day at all. Also we turned on the ice machine per the instructions and it never made ice. It is a good size for 6 people.

As advertised & responsive host!

Susanna was A+ in terms of responsiveness! Lovely unit - perfect for our family gathering! Host thoughtfully left reasonable amounts essential items like handsoap, paper towels, laundry & dish detergent - the only item we had to go out and purchase was additional trash bags - thanks for a lovely stay!

Ozark Vacation

Condo nice, lots of room for everyone! Furnishings nice, downside couldn’t use deck because of huge nest and dead bird in grill. Also couldn’t use grill if we had wanted. Notified property owner upon arrival was acknowledged but not removed.

Perfect for family with kids

We really enjoyed our trip! The kids loved the beach and the pool as we spent most of our days there. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and dishes and the location was close to the store and other activities, boat rentals etc. The kids thought the bunk room was fun. We had a small issue with the internet staying connected but it seemed to be an issue with the provider at the time as another unit we rented had a similar issue. There was a roku so we were able to get Netflix on for the kids at night and watch movies. Great view of the water and most evenings were spent on the deck enjoying the weather.

Beautiful condo + great location!

Beautiful condo with very modern updates. There were 6 of us total and we loved the tvs in each room to get some space when we needed it. The deck was a great place for grilling and the view is amazing. The location in general is awesome and quick access by boat or car to many restaurants, go karts, and shopping. We rented a boat one day and Surdyke Boat Rental is only 1 mile away. It does state in the description to bring 'extras' and we found this to be true. For a larger group like us, we bought paper towels, TP, and trashbags. For a big condo complex, it is very quiet at night. Our kids LOVED the little beach and we had fun night swimming. Super place!

Somewhat disappointed.

Needs a deep cleaning. Tv in living room didn't work. No instructions. Only one dishcloth and hot pad. Baking pans and griddle need replacement. Poois too small for population.

Sorry you could not get the tv to work. Instructions and contact info for issues is sent upon checkin/arrival. Info regarding kitchen pans, dish towels and cleaning have been sent to our cleaning service for our next guests. Thanks for your feedback.

Family Vacation

Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ledges. Susanna and Joe’s property offer quick and easy access to a beach, multiple pools, and a dock which satisfies all ages from 2-63. The unit has a very contemporary and updated feel with a good taste in furniture, decor, bedding, etc. The master bedroom leads right out to a balcony, which my parents took advantage of every morning to drink their coffee and enjoy the sunrise lake views. The kiddos loved the staircase and the bunk bed room and gave them a space to play. The kitchen has what you need and then some. There are multiple boat rental companies within 5 minutes away that were convenient for our group. Susanna is easily reached for any questions. Our FYI for another family staying-the pullout queen couch may be more suitable for kids than grownups and plan to bring your own bedding for it. I would also suggest bringing hand towels, towels, and washcloths if you have a larger group. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else considering.

Great condo!

Loved how updated the unit was! The only negative thing about it was, all the bath towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise, great place and great location!
