Dear Mounir, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations and would appreciate knowing what could have gone better. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. Our team did everything within our reach to assist you during your stay. Regarding the check-in, our team member waited approximately 30 minutes for your arrival. As we manage several properties and had other guests arriving afterwards, the delay unfortunately affected the following check-ins. Regarding the pool, we only received your message about the dropping water level and cloudy water towards the end of the day, just two days before your check-out. We would have been happy to arrange an inspection, but unfortunately, with such short notice, we were unable to find a technician available in time. The pool is regularly maintained on a weekly basis, although the several days of rain and wind following the last cleaning may also have affected the water level and clarity. Had we been informed earlier, we would have had more time to investigate and take the necessary action. We appreciate your feedback and hope you can share any other details that would help us improve our service.
