Your condo is fully equipped and sleeps 6 with king size bed, 1 sleeper sofa and a trundle bed. The property is immaculately maintained and features a wonderful pool and beautiful grounds. This condo is in the K building of the Villas on the Gulf Complex (requires stairs). Villas on the Gulf is one of Pensacola Beach's most affordable and easiest beachside communities. It features a paved and boardwalk approach to the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico complete with an outdoor shower, a community pool, and well maintained fresh water lagoons where ducks, fish, and turtles are regularly seen. It is closely located (1 mile) to Pensacola Beach's many dining and entertainment options to round a perfect vacation.

The entire process was pretty simple. We arrived, combination worked first every time. The accommodations were perfect. Enjoyed the pool, can see the beach access from the balcony, short walk about 50 yards or less. Very relaxing enjoyable time. We will be back!

I would stay there again.

Very clean. Condo well stocked. Beautiful beach location and close to National Seashore and Ft. Pickens which are breathtaking beaches. Only complaint was the glass sliding door did not lock, and entrance door lock was broken. But we called management and they responded immediately and took care of the problem. No other complaints.

Beautiful Views

The condo had a beautiful view and was only a short walk to the beach. Bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room were well stocked.

Amazing weekend getaway for anniversary and wife's birthday

We love this place and the location. You could not ask for a better property owner either. Heather was always quick to respond with any questions we may have had. We have stayed here multiple times now and will look forward to staying here again in the future. You will not be disappointed in booking this property,I promise!

Awesome Rental

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our quick trip. It was so very easy to just walk downstairs and over the walkway to beautiful clear water! I will definitely be renting again. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a quiet getaway.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We booked this on a whim with our 2 kids for a fun weekend and it was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean, quick and easy beach access, not a crowded spot on the beach. Heather was fabulous to work with - quick to respond and help in any way. Will definitely come back!

Can’t put into words how much we enjoyed ourselves!! We will stay again!

Heather is a wonderful host! The condo is just as the pictures convey: very homey and the perfect distance from the beach! The only thing I can think of that would make the stay “easier” is if there had been a map of the local businesses along with menu selections. There were suggestions left which were helpful. I will definitely recommend this villa to my family and friends! Thank you, again, Heather! Can’t wait until the next time!
