Outstanding Villa and grounds

The villa contained everything you need and more. The choice of bedrooms and advantage of the annex for the grandparents was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning made even the hottest evenings more comfortable. There are numerous seating areas for dining, our favourite was the table at the front of the building to take in the mountain views. The swimming pool was ideal, with steps into the shallow end making it accessible to the older members of our party. The sunbeds were good and easily movable to the shaded areas. The villa is about a 2 mile walk into the nearest town, taking the country lanes, this makes for a wonderful morning stroll to collect fresh bread from the award winning bakery. The village had numerous shops and bars so catered for all our needs. The largest supermarkets were situated about 15 mins away in Inca and the beaches about 25 mins away. Miquel and his wife were fantastic hosts, with beers in the fridge and other treats throughout our stay they made us feel very welcome. A lightning storm took out the water one morning and Miquel arrived, and fixed the issue before we had even noticed! I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a luxury and tranquil holiday. We hope to be back one day soon.

Vacances en Llubi

Desde el primer dia que llegamos mi família y yo, ya notamos que serian unas vacaciones especiales, el clima, la tranquilidad, la calma total... Las vistas a la Sierra desde la Piscina son simplemente infinitat. La casa es màgica. Como pocas en las que he estado, y llevo 10 años veraneando en las islas. Pepi y Miquel Angel son simplemente encantadores, cuidan con carinyo todos los detalles. Mas que recomendable, una necesidad de Paz y tranquilidad.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar erholsame Zeit auf der top gepflegten und sehr ruhigen Finca. Das Gelände bietet großzügigen Platz, so dass man je nach Stimmung immer einen Lieblingsplatz findet. Der mediterrane Garten lädt zum Entdecken ein und der Panoramablick auf die Berge ist nicht mit Gold zu bezahlen. Und last but not least: die Gastgeber sind nett, engagiert und immer für einen da, wenn man etwas benötigt. Muchas gracias!!!

Sehr ruhige Lage, tolle Finca zum Erholen

Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung, so dass wir erst um Mitternacht in der Finca einchecken konnten. Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit dem Notwendigsten gefüllt und somit konnten wir uns noch ein kleines Abendbrot zubereiten. Eine richtig nette Geste von Miquel und seiner Frau. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, die Grünanlagen wirken durch die automatische Bewässerung wie eine kleine Oase. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß mit einem herrlichen Blick in die Berge. Wir haben schon einige Fincas auf Mallorca ausprobiert. Mit dieser hier macht man wirklich nichts verkehrt!

Urlaub Llubí - Finca

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Finca von Miquel. Die Lage der Finca ist perfekt für Joggen, Radfahren und Spazieren gehen. Zudem ist man in kurzer Zeit in Sineu, Inca und weiteren Ausflugszielen auf Mallorca. Miquel ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und wirklich 24/7 erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem der Pool mit der Aussicht ist sensationell. Miquel hat uns sogar ein Geschenk gemacht, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Herzlichen Dank für den wirklich schönen Urlaub, wir haben uns alle sehr erholt.

Miquel war ein traumhafter Gastgeber einer traumhaften Unterkunft

Wir konnten es kaum glauben, dass wir so eine schöne Unterkunft auf der Insel gefunden haben! Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen! Der Kühlschrank war schon mit dem wichtigsten gefüllt und auf dem Küchentisch stand ein gefüllter Obstkorb. Ein Traum! Die Außenanlagen sind super gepflegt und liebevoll gstaltet und wirken wie ein grünes Paradies auf einer sonst trockener Insel! Der Pool ist unglaublich, besonders im Sonnenuntergang! In der Küche findet man alles was das Herz begehrt. Kommunikation perfekt. Wir können dieses Paradies absolut empfehlen! Man merkt wie viel Liebe in dieses Haus und den Garten steckt!

Unglaublich schön

Der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt war einfach nur toll. Miquels Haus und Umgebung ist wunderschön. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man sieht, dass hier harte Arbeit drinsteckt. Der „Fluglärm“ hat uns gar nicht gestört. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank :-)

Tolle Finca und super Gastgeber

Alles tip top. Sehr schönes Objekt einwandfrei ausgestattet und auch bei 40°C kein Problem da teilklimatisiert und auch ventiliert. Flugzeuge haben wir wahrgenommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben 10 Tage lang unseren Familienurlaub (4 Personen) auf dem Anwesen verbringen dürfen und haben es jeden Tag genossen. Das Haus und die Grünanlage drum herum sind sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist ein Traum. Es ist eine kleine grüne Oase, mit einer technischen Meisterleistung an automatischen Bewässerungssystemen. Am 1. Tag wurden wir von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten sogar einige Stunden früher einchecken. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits mit dem Wichtigsten gefüllt, sodass wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten und entspannt ankommen konnten. Miquel und seine Frau sind alle 2-3 Tage vor Ort um die üppige Grünanlage in Schuss zu halten, was uns in keinster Weise gestört hat. Sie haben sich sehr diskret im Hintergrund gehalten und sich einen Tag vorher via WhatsApp angemeldet. Gleichzeitig waren sie jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und immer hilfsbereit. Es wurden Handtücher für die Bäder und zusätzlich für den Pool bereitgestellt und diese nach 5 Tagen gewechselt. Bettwäsche war in doppelter Ausführung vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir möchten uns hiermit noch einmal herzlich für die schöne Zeit bedanken. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen :)

Einfach wundervoll!

Eine herrliche Lage mit Blick auf die Berge über weites Land. Ruhig gelegen und extrem sauber. Es ist alles da von Küchengeräten, Tellern, Gewürzen... Zur Erstausstattung gab es Obst, Wasser, Wurst, Käse und Kaffee - hatten wir seither auch noch nie - Top! Und jetzt das Wichtigste; ein sooo nettes und herzliches Gastgeberpaar. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt nur besser :-)

Wonderful in every way

We had a fantastic and truly memorable holiday here - Miquel is a brilliant host, considerate, helpful and full of local information - and he has created a glorious home from home. The highlight is the pool - a great view, surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for gardens. House is practical and comfortable, designed to stay cool, very well equipped. Plenty of space inside and out. From early morning swims to long evenings eating on the terrace we all - from 1 year old to 50 somethings - had a glorious holiday,. Easy to access whole of island - coast, towns and hills. Shops and restaurants a short drive away in Llubi, Inca and Sineu. Railways stations also on hand . Miquel always available for advice or to sort any issues (didn't really have any). A wonderful place to relax, but also a great base from which to explore and discover the island.

Jolie finca à la vue magnifique sur la Tramontana

Belle propriété bien placée au centre de Majorque, entourée d’un beau jardin vert bien entretenu. L’atout majeur réside dans sa piscine à débordement à la vue incroyablement dégagée sur la Tramontana. Les trois tables extérieures sont aussi très appréciables, permettant de migrer selon le soleil. Miguel nous a très gentiment accueilli. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La seule ombre au tableau est que la finca se trouve dans le couloir aérien des avions atterrissant à Palma.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus auf Mallorca

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ca 2 km von Llubi entfernt. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert und das Grundstück wunderschön angelegt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Pool weltklasse. Miquel ist ein Topp-Vermieter, der sich toll um seine Gäste kümmert

A wonderful stay!

We have stayed in several properties in Mallorca over recent years. Miquel was by far the most attentive owner. He communicated really well prior to our stay, and was very responsive to texts on the day, confirming our time of arrival. His instructions to get to the property were spot on. He also provided initial provisions, which was a first for us. When we arrived, he spent about an hour showing us around the property, so we felt we knew where everything was, and could enjoy our holiday from the start. It's a delightful property. The 3 bedrooms in the main house are all characterful. The kitchen and seating area inside are reasonably small, but fully functional. The annex has a much bigger living space. The outdoor seating areas were lovely, although we recommend mosquito repellant in the evenings! The pool was large and clean, with a large area for sun beds. Perhaps it would be even better with some formal shade here, as it's tough being in the sun all day! Quite a lot of wasps used the pool for drinking, and needed to be fished out. Actually, this was no great effort, because there was a large net, and it only took a few seconds to do. The barbecue was clean and really easy to use, with the charcoal being ready within 20 minutes. Others have commented on the aircraft. You are under the flight paths to Palma, but the aircraft are at about 4,000 feet. Therefore, you can hear them, but it's not intrusive, and we didn't hear them at all when in bed. You could even download the flight radar 24 app, and discover where each flight has come from, although my wife said that this was little better than being a train spotter. :-( Far more noise comes from the abundance of wildlife. cicadas (obviously), but also donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep, and some delightful wild kittens and their mum, but wouldn't let us near enough to handle them. Once again, all this was lovely rather than intrusive. The local village of Llubi had a couple of excellent bread shops, and simple supermarkets. The Mercadona in Inca was huge. (Looked small from the outside, but was underground). The market in Sineu was great, particularly the animals! And the Moli d'Pau restaurant there was very good, with a parrot that said 'hola!' and a large aviary. In summary, this is a really nice finca, in a rural area of Mallorca. The property is very well maintained, and Miquel and his wife are both delightful. Highly recommended.

Amazing Finca

Beautiful and clean Finca with fantastic pool in unique and very calm location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcomed us with fresh fruit, toast and other delicacies. I‘m sure it won‘t be the last time we‘ve been there.

Wir waren sehr überrascht über dieses herrliche Urlaubsziel. Es hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die liebevolle Einrichtung, die wirklich wunderschön gepflegte Anlage und vor allem die herzliche Aufnahme unserer Vermieter haben uns ein Gefühldes Willkommens vermittelt.
