Coral Gardens was exactly what my husband and I expected. A little off the beaten path but we rented a car and went all over the island. The room was comfortable and right on the reef for easy snorkeling. Having Somewhere Cafe right on property was a plus too for a quick meal. We loved our time in Turks and Caicos.

Clean, comfortable, fantastic view, amazing location with coral gardens snorkeling reef right outside your door! Friendly staff, easy to find chairs and umbrella, close to Graceway grocery store. Wonderful stay!

Great unit with fantastic sea view and sunsets. Unit was clean and well equipped. Owner was easy to communicate with and provided tons of helpful information prior to arrival. Beautiful beach and reef for snorkeling right on your doorstep. Would visit Coral Gardens again.

Was able to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water from the balcony! The reef right out in front of the property is where we saw the most beautiful fish we have ever seen snorkeling. Amazing places, amazing stay!

Property was clean, well maintained, on property staff (Besma!) were amazing and steps from the beach. Excursions picked up right from beach and was extremely convenient! Close to grocery store, we cooked several times and had what we needed in the kitchen. Only things we weren’t expecting were the construction next door (they start by 7 am), and the fold out bed in living room isn’t a pull out bed so is smaller than a traditional queen bed (didn’t fit my teenagers well). Overall, very happy with the stay!

Hi Amberly, Thank you for the wonderful 5-star rating. The sofa bed is 100 times better than a traditional pullout sofa bed, as it doesn't depend on a flimsy mattress with a squeaky spring frame...it is a modern sofa bed that opens to a queen-size equivalent. Did you find the Andaz Hotel project next door disturbing? I was there 4 weeks ago, and you could barely tell anyone was working, as everything was interior work, like installing kitchen cabinets and assembling furniture. I get weekly updates on the project progress from our GM and they are slated to open in 3 months.

We enjoyed our stay and really liked the location. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and were accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to weather/travel issues.

The property was beautiful. We have stayed at Coral Gardens many times but this was our first time in this unit. The owners were super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we might have.The location is fantastic as you can walk into water and begin to snorkel.

Great views from balcony and clean, comfortable condo with easy beachfront access. As is described in the listing, there is a large resort being constructed next door so there was some construction noise that started early in the morning and workers used the balconies as break spots. The noise was not terrible but noticeable. The kitchen could use improvements - no bowls, old dull knives, baseboard broken. Had some issues with fridge - hist was very responsive throughout the booking and stay. Beach was great and swimming and snorkeling in front was excellent. Nice to have the restaurant right there. condo was good value for oceanfront with balcony.

Hi Michael, Thanks for your constructive feedback. The neighboring hotel project still has its moments of "construction" sounds. Thank god, they are nearly done. I ordered a new refrigerator, and it will arrive on island this weekend. I know that doesn't help you, but wanted to let you know I am addressing the items you pointed out. Hope to see you again!

Beautiful location

Great stay at Coral Gardens. Property has all the amenities you'll need along with a gorgeous view of beautiful Grace Bay. Great communications with owner and property manager!

Lovely condo with stellar views of beach and was delighted to have coffee/meals on the lanai. A very comfy bed after beach and touring activities on Provo. Malcolms Road Beach gorgeous, a bit remote, and renting a Jeep on North and Middle Caicos amazing. Saw flamingos near Mudjin Harbor! Snorkeled with sea turtles at nearby Smith's Reef. Nice on site Texmex restaurant right on the beach a big plus too! Brendan(host) super responsive with helpful suggestions as well. A great option on Grace Bay and The Bight.

Great Stay right on the beach!!

Property is in terrific location right on the beach in front of the reef. Very nice section of beach to walk either direction. On site management company very helpful with any needs.
