Great location! Near the bus stop so it was easy to get around town. We loved the community pool and hot tub. Great space to spread out our family of 7.

The 3 full bathrooms were a big plus, and there were plenty of towels, which we appreciated. The kitchen was decently equipped, but had some nonstick pots that caused health concerns. The quality of the mattresses and bedding could use improvement. The king and one twin were quite squishy. Guests should be advised that it’s a very tight parking lot and garage.

The kids loved to hot tub! Great proximity to the slopes. Parking is tight, full size truck may have an issue trying to park in the garage

Short walk to the chairlift in ski boots and a nice 15 minutes' walk to the downtown! The unit was clean and comfy! Plus, we got a bunch of snow! I would stay there again next time in Breckenridge.

Great house convenient to 2 lifts and the bus

Really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was a bonus, we used it every day. Rental company very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great Stay for Ski Groups

The property was great and had everything we needed. The property was spaced nicely and was a great location next to the snowflake lift. Parking is a bit tough to navigate, but other than that great property

Easy mountain and main street access from a condo that has everything you need and plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.Comms with the property management company were hit-and-miss but when we connected they were very helpful. The condo itself is somewhat dated but it's clean, well-equipped, and spacious. One note of caution if you have young children: the hot water is HOT and small adjustments in shower handles make for huge temperature swings.

Great Stay

Convenient location (minutes from Snowflake), very clean, plenty of room, quiet complex. Property manager checked in regularly and responded quickly to any questions. Very easy stay.

Clean and Convenient

The place was clean and convenient. There was enough room for my friends and I to enjoy the stay and it was an easy walk to the lifts and town. Host had good communication and private hot tub was a nice touch.

Perfect location for what we needed. The front door is not available for use which was weird since you can only access the unit through the garage, which was not great when you had to have a vehicle parked in it. Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with what we needed.

Cozy getaway

This place was close to lifts and bus stops. Clean, cozy and spacious house. Management was easy to reach, check in and out was quick, hot tub and killer views, what all together contributed to a wonderful family skiing getaway!

Cozy, spacious townhome with all your needs!

Beautiful property close to everything you need. Spacious place to stay even with multiple families. Property was very clean! Rental company very responsive to any question we had. Great service and stay in Breckenridge!

Property was in a great location,short wlk to the snowflke ski lift and the bus stop. Place had everything as described, and clean, it was just dated.

There was more than enough room for three couples to spread out and relax. The nice big table made for fun dinners with the whole group together.

Plenty of room for our family! The property manager was extremely responsive to any issues we had. Some maintenance items need to be addressed. Good location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've come every year to Breckenridge and rent with Summit Mountain Rentals and I am never disappointed. All properties deliver what they advertise. The communication and CRM are the best. This place I've rented filled all the expectations. Very well equipped, close to the lift and the free ride stop, and comfortable, My friends and I couldn't be happier with the stay .

Nice place with super easy mountain access

As with most Breckenridge str’s, this one is starting to show its age. Property management was super responsive when the kitchen faucet fell apart on the first night. But the rental had everything we could have needed for a successful trip.
