This is a 1 bedroom studio/efficiency with 2 queen beds, 1 full bathroom and a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, mini fridge, pots/pans, 2-burner hot plate, coffee pot and dishes for four. The unit is on the second floor (about 20 steps; no elevator).

Although the unit sleeps 4, it is best suited for 1 - 2 people.

Located in the heart of Castle Pines gated community in PGA Village, this unit is 1 mile from the famous PGA Golf Club that features three championship courses. PGA Village is also home to the 35 acre PGA Centre for Golf Learning and Performance Center, the PGA of America Historic Center, a practice range, and a free 6 hole pitch and putt course.

Excellent stay! Nice gated community with a beautiful pool area. Shops, restaurants, NY Mets spring training, the beach - all within a short drive. The property was spotless and well equipped. Check in was a breeze and the owners responded to questions etc quickly. Would definitely recommend!

The only issue I found was the dryer did not work. Once I wet my clothes in the washer, I was stuck with wet clothes. Had to go buy something dry off the shelf.

Susan was wonderful and attended to one issue so quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone. A little small for 4 people but excellent for two.

We enjoyed our stay after a little trouble locating the number -not in order. Clean, safe, conveniently located, loved the pool area and friendly people. Recommend coffee filters within reach 😊

Perfect for Golf

Convenient, quiet, and close to golf, shops, restaurants. I really can't imagine, though, 4 people staying in the unit. It is small.

Weekend get away!

Great property! Super friendly host! The only comments I have is maybe suggesting mattress toppers for the beds (they were a little more stiff than we are used to, but hey you can’t please everyone right?) and a bath mat for the shower. Otherwise it was perfect!

It was a good experience.the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was small and the small fridge did not work as well to keep frozen food in it. The pool is beautiful and in excellent condition. Overall, it was a good experience

I’d stay again

The property was easy to find & it was very clean. Check in was easy. Although not owners fault but complex wide the hot water took forever to get warm in sinks. But no problem in shower. May not always find parking in front of unit but well lit & a short walk away. I would definitely stay again
