Welcome to Bend! Whether it's biking, hiking, skiing, fishing, playing in the water or just drinking great beer; we know that you will enjoy it all from the centrally located Olney Ave Re:Treat. With renovation completed in April 2017, you will find a warm, modern ambiance that is perfectly situated less than 1 mile from the heart of Bend.

This is a perfect space for a couples get-a-way, a small family, solo adventurer or 2 guests traveling together. - Now get out and play!

THE SPACE

We completed the transformation of 560 Olney Ave into an nightly rental in April of 2017 and are proud to offer a high end experience to our guests.

100% of the furniture as well as the furnishing were purchased new and include: a King size memory foam mattress, 49" LG UHD 4K TV w/ Netflix provided, Leather sleeper sofa (Full/Queen) with 3" memory foam topper, Modern styled bedroom furniture, Oversized jetted bathtub and a Full size desk for a working area.

Amenities and Appliances available include: Garage for parking or equipment storage, High speed WiFi (50 MBPS), Large desk - great for business travelers, Kenmore front loading Washer and Dryer, Automatic coffee pot, Kitchen-aid toaster and Nightlight's thru the house.

GUEST ACCESS

You have full access to the entire mother-in-law apartment which includes: an oversized master suite with attached master bath featuring a jetted tub and separate shower, kitchen, living room, powder room with laundry and a 1.5 car garage. Please respect the long term tenants who reside in a completely separate area of the home. Most likely you will never see or hear them.

We are usually available 24/7 and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Whether it's looking for restaurant ideas, bike shops, pubs or trails, feel free to call/text/email anytime and we will do our best to help you out.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The Orchard District is an up and coming part of Bend that allows for easy access to downtown and the river (15 minute walk), close proximity to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and unique stores along 3rd street. Check out the Midtown Market which is only a 3 minute walk and offers a great selection of specialty food, beer and wine.

We had a slight hiccup with our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and helpful and everything worked out great. It is a nice space with plenty of room. We were only there for a very quick overnight, but I would stay again for sure.

Check in and check out was super easy. The unit was very spacious and really clean. We had all the creature comforts - good channel line-up, Wi-Fi, well-appointed kitchen with a full-size stove and fridge. Being unfamiliar with the area, we really liked the option of parking in the garage! The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay again!

First time in Bend and having this place to stay in made the experience that much more enjoyable. Walking distance from plenty of entertainment and found a great pizza spot right around the corner. Cozy modern getaway

Overall, I had an excellent stay at this property in Bend, Oregon. It is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from several amenities. The property was clean and well-maintained, with updated furniture and features. It was perfect for my weekend in Bend for the USBC Oregon State Bowling Open Championships hosted at Lava Lanes.

Great location

We were in town for a state basketball tournament and some games were in Bend and some in Redmond. We loved the quick access to the freeway and to both towns.

Plenty of space for a couple, or even two! It had all of the amenities that we needed and we loved it! Would have liked to have curtains on all of the bedroom windows for added privacy, but over all, we would definitely stay here again! but

Overall this is a great space for 2-3 people. The bed is very comfortable and the pull-out couch has a memory foam pad that makes it very comfy as well. There were extra pillows and linens and everything was very clean. The kitchen range has a burner that would not heat up, but the others worked and the rest of the kitchen appliances worked well.My main complaint is that the AC units are quite loud and make it hard to sleep when they are on. They also connect with a tube to the windows, which prevents the shades from coming down. This allows a lot of morning light into both rooms and in the summer it’s an early wake up call. With as good as the beds are, I was hoping for a better night’s sleep. If this place had a couple ductless units it would be 5 star!

We were so glad to be in a house setting in a quiet neighborhood rather than a hotel! Would've prefered not to have the stand alone air condtioners, they were noisy. Comfortable bed. Walked down to Bruno's Pizza 2 blks away - Very yummy! Short drive to Old Mill Dist for concert. Overall experience was pleasant.

Excellent Property

My partner and I stayed 2 nights and felt incredibly comfortable. The place was very clean and the kitchen implements were new. There is a Keurig machine — bring or buy pods and sugar/sweetner with you. Also! There are many many clean towels and the end is especially comfortable.

Needs new cleaners

Home was generally what we expected, loved having the garage to park. Cleaners need to be talked to as we found multiple places where there there needs to be more care taken. Carpet is getting close to needing replaced, but wasn’t dirty. Shower was nice and hot. Overall a good stay.

Ski trip

We really just needed a warm comfortable and clean place to come back to after a long day of skiing and this place delivered the basic needs. We had friends to visit and with plenty of restaurants around we didn’t need to cook at the house, although it seemed stocked enough with all the proper dishes and whatnots. Thanks.

VRBO website

Excellent........except the VRBO check in keys procedure is onerous. By the time you receive a confirmation number on your email and get back to enter it the 30 seconds has expired. After numerous attempts at navigating that and finally succeeding, there are even more hoops to jump through confirming you are not a robot ....and they don't work even when you prove it. Very onerous. Lucky I had retained the property owners email...he gave me the keys that way.
