VILLA MAGNA / DREAMS RESORT & SPA, NUEVO VALLARTA
This beautiful development is located on the largest stretch of beach in the bay & consists of 4 towers; towers 1-3 (Villa Magna Condos) & tower 4 (Dreams Resort & Spa). As a condo guest you have access to resort services including: a Spa by Pevonia, gym, wedding planner, business center, internationally themed restaurants, & eclectic bars. (Resort services are charged separately & must be purchased directly from the hotel or spa.) Outside you can relax in the sun alongside one of the 3 large swimming pools featuring a heated adult only pool & shallow kids play area or take a nap under a thatched palapa on the seemingly endless beach.

CONDOMINIUM
This 2333 sq. ft, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor. Master suite features: a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, 65” full HDTV (Cable), walking closet & access to a private balcony with ocean views. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a walking closet, private bathroom and a 34" flat TV (Cable). The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds, 65" full HDTV (Cable), dress and wall closet, private bathroom. The studio (4th bedroom) includes a single bed with a pullover single mattress & a private bathroom.

A delightful condo in a terrific location. The place is spacious, clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Great bedrooms and lots of common space. Villa Magna is a lovely (not fancy but lovely) property, with several pools and a great beach. We'll be back!

The rooms are exactly as pictured on VRBO. Alma & Manuel (the owners), are wonderful. Great view, nice pools. I definitely recommend this rental!

Great family friendly location

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for kids - plenty of space in the condo and easy access to kid friendly pools and the beach. The hosts were so responsive and communicative for some questions we had early in our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic Stay

We spent Christmas 2020 at this beautiful property in Nuevo Vallarta. The entire stay/visit was amazing. Manuel was a great host, super responsive and went the extra mile to pick up some essential groceries per arrival. Highly recommend this property :-)

The Best

Our host was AMAZING. He was always available to guide us through any hiccups. The condo was even better. What better way to enjoy the Pacific Coast than to enjoy it while staying in such a wonderful place.

March Vacation

Out stay was wonderful! Alma and her husband were so accommodating, easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The condo was clean and well kept. The property was beautiful! Hotel connected had a delicious breakfast buffet that we could have for $28 US dollars. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return!!

Great place! Great Hosts!

We had a great time at this property. The resort was great with beautiful pools and a great beach. The condo was roomy and clean. The hosts were amazing. They were easy to chat with and if we had any issues, they were right on it. They even decorated the condo for Christmas for us which was a great surprise. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Excellent marks all the way around!

We stay at over 15 hotels and privately owned properties a year. This property is at the top or our list. The owners have paid incredible attention to every detail. Funishings, kitchen and added accessories were above expectations. Also, how can you do any better than a wonderful resort, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms?

Amazing home! Amazing host!

The property was exactly as shown, but even better in person. The furnishings are lovely and the condo was immaculate. Essential toiletries were provided, and plenty of towels. The owner met us at the property to explain how everything worked and was SUPER responsive during our stay with grocery and restaurant recommendations. Looking forward to staying here again and again! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

This condo was great! Very spacious and excellent location. Steps to the pool and the beach. The cabanas at the beach were great & I had several beach massages. The unit could use some touch up paint, but very minor. The balcony was big & we ate outside often. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. We had dinner on night one at the buffet in the resort in the next building- it was terribly expensive and the food was horrible- this doesn’t reflect on the condo, just a public service announcement. Having a washer and dryer was a luxury & we’re going home with no laundry to do! We needed to pick up some pantry items (paper towels, laundry detergent, Kleenex) but we were going to the grocery store anyway.

The unit itself is very spacious and a great set up for a larger group as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The view from deck is nice. The building is old and it definitely shows. Unfortunately the unit was not clean and for that reason I am rating it poorly but had it been spotless and clean we would have stayed. We checked out of the unit early and moved to another location. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and brought in a cleaner immediately and offered a full refund due to the uncleanliness of the unit. Very impressed with VRBO and the service we received in a very timely manner.

Christmas Vacation

Overall I was a bit leery of renting a VRBOin Mexico over Christmas but Alma and Manuel were awesome to work with. Here are a few of the pros: -Easy to see the nightly entertainment shows from the balcony,- Condo is great for families,-Location is awesome and always felt safe.-Drinks and food by the pool can be paid for by credit card-Pool waiters are awesome. Live on mostly TIPsHere are a few cons:-Beds were rock hard,- Cash only at condo snack bar by the pool-One heated pool out of 4,-No grocery stores within walking distance. -No pack-n-play for infants-Grill igniter did not work,-Restaurants can only be used if you purchase a day pass

Terrific experience

Six women from all over the US and Canada met and enjoyed this lovely condo for 10 nights. Best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. Condo is as pictured (generous in size and perfectly positioned for view). The owners are responsive for repairs. The adjacent resort (Wyndham Alltra) now allows those in Villa Magna to share in restaurants and activities. The view, the pools, the beach were all wonderful (capture your lounge chair early like 5:30 - 6am). The security guys at the entry were helpful with taxis, then we used Uber. Soriana on the main highway for groceries (there are limited items available at the end of the boulevard at Sunset Market in the small shopping mall).We loved the Happy Hour 2-4-1 drinks at the snack shack 3-5 pm. Warmest pool is the one closest to the building 3. There is noise from the entertainment at the resort from 8:30 or so but ends at 10pm.

Almost perfect

Our group of 7 stayed in this condo for 9 nights. We had a wonderful time. The location of the property is fantastic and on a wonderful stretch of beach. We loved the condo layout as none of the 4 bedrooms shared walls and everyone felt like they had their own privacy and space. Air conditioning units in each bedroom was nice so everyone could have it set to their liking. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a few small things like measuring cups/spoons, a bbq brush and more dishwasher tabs. The large deck was a huge bonus! We had a view of the beach, pools, sunset and the evening entertainment. Our only complaint is the mattresses. The king mattress wasn’t too bad but the others are hard. If that doesn’t bother you, this place is great!As other reviews have said, we thought there was no hot water. The first night a few of us had cold showers but discovered the water needs to run for several minutes and then you’re good to go!

Pretty condo

Very lovely condo that actually had comfy furniture you want to use. It’s spacious with a really nice kitchen and plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. It has a very nice balcony that overlooks the pools. It’s on the same grounds as it all inclusive Wyndham so you benefit from the large pools. You can even watch some of the shows from the balcony. And you can take some lovely walks along the palm tree lined street in front of the condo. The first two days we were a little bit lost because we didn’t have a car and we’re nowhere near a grocery store, so we thought. Finally, someone told us there was a nice market just a 25 minute walk away. Did not show up on our Google Maps. But also, if you go out the front exit of the condo and turn to your right and only need to walk a Block to the bus stop and collectivo’s run every few minutes for 12 pesos and they will take you to the little Sunset market or over to the big chedauri and Walmart We had some little glitches, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Family of 5 feelings vary from it being a 4 to 5 Star place.

Beautiful Condo in Paradise!!

Over the Christmas holidays, my family was fortunate to be able to have a return vacation to Alma and Manuel’s beautiful condo in Villa Magna! We have stayed in this condo a few times before and each time we are in awe of how amazing it is! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and it is immaculate! The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked! The linens are awesome and there are lots of towels including great beach towels! The beds are very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of eight. The deck is outstanding with a wonderful view and has great furniture and a barbecue. The pool and beach are wonderful and the resort is very clean and well maintained and there are lots of chairs. We did purchase 24-hour day passes at the hotel and we were treated very well by the staff. We bought groceries at Sunset Market in Paradise Village. Alma and Manuel are amazing hosts! They checked with us to make sure we had arrived and also during our stay to see how we were doing. Any time we had a question, they replied immediately! Alma and Manuel’s beautiful home made us feel like our home during our stay and we are so grateful to have been their guests! We will definitely return to this beautiful paradise! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Don’t turn out great for us

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience at this condo. Pros- condo was clean, great patio with views of the pool and ocean. Cons- check in went horribly. Host had emailed me a few days before our arrival that said access to the condo was through a doorman. There was no doorman or a place to check in when we arrived. We stood at the condo front door with no access for 30 mins until the host then replied to my many email messages asking for a door code. Not a great way to start our vacation! There was no hot water when taking showers so luckily we were only booked here for 2 nights and made the best of it. We couldn’t get the TV’s in the living room or master bedroom to work but figured out the next day the batteries were dead in the remote controls and replaced the batteries from other remotes in the spare bedrooms. The air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work either. I was bummed by all this because I had done my research before booking and generally this condo received good reviews.
