These facilities are shared with other guests, but to be used privately. The swimming pool has allocated slots every day and a couple of evenings a week for each property. Tennis court slots can be booked any time through the booking system when you arrive.
The barns are accessed off Rudham Road, out of Great Massingham, where you will sweep up a long drive, over a deer grid and into the park. There is secure, floodlit parking in the courtyard next to the barns.
There is an airfield at the end of the drive, with a helicopter landing pad.
Hill Farm Massingham and the owners private home are both located within the same grounds.
