Bean Station Cherokee Lake Front w/Dock and Boat Ramp

One bedroom, (two bed), one bathroom guest house on Cherokee Lake. House is fully furnished with private boat ramp and dock on the property that you can use. Great lake front location right off Hwy 25 on gated private peninsula. Located about 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains. Ample parking for any type of boat or jet ski you may have. Enjoy swimming, fishing, jet skiing, canoeing, right in your back yard. The guest house is located right next to our main house and is actually under the patio that you see in the pictures. The guest house can accommodate up to 5 people, so please limit the number of cars parked on the property to three. Outside guest who are not staying in the guest house are not allowed without prior approval. Wifi is now available as well. We are definitely pet lovers, but due to some guests not following our pet policy and ruining our furniture, we no longer will be allowing pets.

Softball Tournament Hideaway

We stayed here during our daughter’s softball tournament, everything about this place is amazing! The views are spectacular and everything is so cozy. We are planning to visit again and enjoy the atmosphere.

Love this place!

Second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Perfect for two people and would be great for a family or an additional couple also. The queen size bed can be partitioned off for a little privacy and the king size bed is super comfortable. Beautiful view of lake and can drive to boat dock through the grass if you don’t want to walk the hill. Exactly as described and hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Awesome Venue!

We came to the area to investigate potential retirement destinations. Wanted to be on the lake while we searched. This place did not disappoint! I will refer customers and colleagues to here when they visit the area. Jason and Lisa are excellent hosts!

Property, hospitality and all around stay was beyond what we expected!!!

Lisa and Jason went above and beyond to make sure we felt like we were at “home”…We celebrated our 10th Wedding anniversary here and we were surprised with a cake and sign upon arrival…Lisa was quick to answer any question or accommodations…And the dogs on the property are the sweetest welcoming babies… Hands down the best place we stayed and most beautiful views!!…We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Fishing trip

Dad and myself came down for a fishing tournament. Came down a few days prior to explore the lake. Property and host were both amazing! Ramp was usable and parking was plentiful. Would recommend for fishing or for a nice get away. I’ll be going back.

Minnesotans checking out Tennessee fishing

We were on a fishing trip and and fished the whole time. Lisa and Jason were really nice people to be around. If I could do it over, I would reserve more time to visit with them. Very nice people. Excellent place to stay. Clean, nice kitchen, great location, 5 stars!

Wonderful Stay!

We came into town for my brother's wedding and chose this location because it was close to family. I'm so glad we did! This was a very relaxing and tranquil respite after constant activities during the day. And the beautiful views of the lake that greeted us every morning were amazing. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a relaxing lake stay or a place to unwind after busy days.

Beautiful lakefront getaway!

This place was a great find. A beautiful little castle like guest house overlooking Cherokee Lake. Lots of privacy & space to just relax. It rebooted us from our busy lives. Would definately return!

Love this place

This was our second time here. I can't say enough good about it. You've got access to a deck right on the water. It's a gated house so security is no issue. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Wonderful long weekend getaway!

We have stayed on Norris and Douglas Lake but this was our first time on Cherokee and I think it’s our favorite. The beautiful guesthouse was great too. All the amenities you need plus an amazing view. Peaceful and quiet, our stay was so relaxing. We brought our canoe and used it every day. It seems to be a quieter side of the lake, not a lot of houses around. The Spoones are so nice and quickly answer any questions.

what a great place

The view from the wall of windows in the family room is breathtaking. We went in late May and the water was warm enough to swim and boat in. Clean too, no concern in letting my 4 year old enjoy swimming. We rented a boat from Lakeside marina across the street which was very affordable and easy. The lake is like 35 miles wide, so no shortage of adventure to be had. Cute and friendly town, great restaurant down the street, and the tourist area of pigeon forge is only an hour away. great way to play tourist for a day but come back to the natural beauty. Couldnt have asked for more.

Ideal weekend getaway

Man am I happy we found this gem. It's really difficult to tell on some listings what lake access is like. This house is legit right on the lake. A short walk down the steps to the deck or a short walk down the hill to the dock. The guest house itself worked perfectly for us. We brought some food for meals and had no issues making what we wanted with what was supplied. There are plenty of pots/pans/dishes and a dishwasher to make cleanup simple. The views from inside or outside are incredible. We have already booked our follow up trip to hopefully have better luck with the weather.

My Happy Place

Absolutely amazing. Lisa and Jason are the nicest people you will ever met. Had the pleasure of meeting Lisa’s parents and other family members as well. You won’t met a nicer family. After boating all afternoon they were at the boat dock and helped us with our boat. So kind and generous. Absolutely love this place and family. We already booked for next year our 25 th anniversary. Place is so clean and breath taking views. This is our new happy place. When we come to Tennessee this is where we will be. Thank you again Lisa and Jason can’t wait to see you next year . Privacy Galore

This is a hidden gem. From the moment we pulled in we were in love. We felt so secure not needing to be aware of our surroundings or worried about getting anything stolen. My husband left his boat in the water the entire time. He loved the lake access. The guest house is gorgeous. Lisa keeps it very nice. The decor has kind of a rustic yet modern appeal and Lisa keeps it well stocked. I had to contact her several times with questions and she was as pleasant as could be. Very nice people and a very nice stay. We'll definitely be going back. Absolutely loved it. :)
