Great rooms and service

The rooms were immaculate and provided a great view of the ocean. Couldn’t have been better The check-in wasn’t really as easy as it should have been. It took quite a while to figure it out because the week’s rental was listed in the name of the owner instead of us(the renter). We didn’t do the all inclusive so only ate a few meals on-site. I would rate the food as average. The service through the hotel was outstanding. It was overall a good experience

Great Stay in Royal Sands Cancun

We had a great time. This listing is for a time share - so it is two bedrooms (one king bedroom and one with two beds) and then there are two murphy beds in the living area - so it was huge and great for our family of 5. The resort has everything you need and it lovely - every room has a view of the ocean. The room we got had a huge patio. We ate at the buffet restaurant but you can buy and all inclusive package as well. We all loved it - everyone was friendly and it was super clean and just a fabulous and relaxing vacation all around. Highly recommend.

Nice vacation!

Stayed at Royal Sands for Spring Break 2019. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view! Bar service at pool and on beach were slow but that appeared to be due to understaffing. Beach was great but could use more chairs. Had to get down there by 6:30 am just to save one. Overall a very nice resort.
