Self-contained Art Deco studio with its own private terrace overlooking the garden. Bright, comfortable and well equipped, with a small but fully functioning kitchen, breakfast bar, fast WiFi and Freeview TV. The room features original vintage furniture, a double bed and an en-suite wet room. Set in the heart of Southsea, just 2 minutes from Albert Road’s bars and restaurants. The seafront is a 10-minute walk and Gunwharf Quays about 25 minutes.

This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and s short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard

Beautiful 1920s-inspired studio in converted guesthouse. Finished with authentic art deco furnishings and features a full kitchen and private terrace.
The studio is a great base for venturing into Southsea and is a lovely space to relax and unwind when you come back. The room includes a comfortable double bed and an additional single sofa bed.
We can provide a travel cot and/or highchair but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £200 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £56.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
A damage deposit is required pre-stay of £100, it is refunded 3 days after check-out. This is paid via Duve, our online check-in service.
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.
A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the single bed.
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
