Our property undergoes regular and ongoing maintenance, as well as planned improvements, which have been implemented in phases.

Great stay

Would recommend this villa to stay in. Great neighbourhood and close to beach and Marina for restaurants. Lots of balcony space for all group members Plenty big enough for 8

Much more spacious than I expected. A truly amazing view and location. Really loved staying here

Great villa, fabulous pool and views

Really good and quick communication from Miguel ahead of our arrival helping to sort transfers and a welcome pack which was just perfect as we arrived late at night. Beautiful villa with the bonus of en-suite for every room. The whole family enjoyed the outdoor space, views, fab pool and games. The only thing needed is a well-stocked shop close by. An excellent stay all round for all ages of the 2 families.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but did expect it to be more luxurious. In need of a renovation as it could be stunning. Host was responsive when something wasn't right but I didn't want to spend my holiday reporting faults.Positives: sea view, outdoor space, sun terrace and pool lovely. Air conditioning good. Complimentary items(washing up liquid/sponges/dishwasher tablets/washing machine tablets/toiletries in ensuites/toilet rolls/2 bottles of local Cava/bottle of water) Clean (except high window sill on landing filled with dead flies, hard to reach but really needs to be sorted). Large wardrobe and drawer space. Great location, easy walk to beach (uphill on way back) and a few quiet restaurants nearby. Recommend O Marinheiro for finer dining, about 5 Uber to it, less than 10 min walk to Margem Sul for good food with great cocktails and service. Negative: villa smelt musty,bought air freshener but didn't help. Shower cubicles need updating. One toilet seat wasn't attached, fixed by host. Outdoor furniture old with nothing matching. Balcony shared by 2 bedrooms had one table with 2 chairs, one broken, replaced by host. 2nd balcony no furniture. Not enough cereal bowls, larger cups or wine glasses if 8 staying, nothing suitable for a salad. Ensuite shower visible on stairs to roof, sticker on window not high/good enough. Patio door would not lock, host fixed. Towels to be replaced twice a week, stayed 11 nights, after chasing on day 7 and 9 towels changed day 9, so not twice.

However, it is important to clarify that your review did not mention that one of the eight padded outdoor chairs was broken during your stay and that this damage was not reported to the host, clearly to avoid the corresponding replacement cost. Transparency is essential for maintaining the quality of the property and ensuring the best possible experience for all guests. Algarve Vacation

We had a great stay at the property with my parents, siblings, and children. Overall, we loved the house. The location was great for access to the beach, some local restaurants, and a short ride from Albufiera and other coastal towns. The pool was great for the kids and for cooling off on hot days. The view from the patio and balconies are also great. We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of odd things to note are that we found very strong deodorizers in some of the rooms when we arrived which we found odd. We later realized that the plumbing would sometimes let foul smells into the bathrooms which was presumably what the deodorizer was there to mask. Overall it wasn't a huge deal but is worth mentioning. Also, this, and seemingly every other place we went to had a significant amount of ants. It didn't bother us but if it bothers you, this is something to keep in mind! All things considered, though, I would stay there again!
