Beautiful property, perfect place to stay on our trip to see the Sonoma area. Coffee shop that’s walkable from the house makes great coffee! Hot tub was nice to have, didn’t use the pool because of the temps and didn’t have time but it was beautiful. No complaints, would definitely return

This is the cutest property! Our group of 6 stayed here while visiting wineries in the surrounding areas. We truly enjoyed the home! Plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. Lovely landscaping, pool, hot tub, basketball hoop and plenty of space in the private drive for parking. We also appreciated many items not available in rentals were provided for us - trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, toiletries. This was a nice and comfortable property. Highly recommend!

House had everything we needed for a fabulous family vacation and location was perfect. We loved walking to Kenwood Village every morning for coffee and even a bit of wine tasting. Hope to be back!

This place is exceptional and such a treat for our family of four (14 and 11 year old boys) our golden retriever. The poolis perfect and the landscape feels like you are in the heart of wine country. Katie is an amazing host and we hope to continue to visit this very special place as long as they keep renting it out. Thank you!

The house was in a great location and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants. We enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly! We were there for the 4th of July and enjoyed the parade and the park. The house was spacious and worked for what we needed. Once it cooled off in the evening we were able to open the doors to let the cool air in- ceiling fans in the rooms would be a great addition!

We booked this property for a bachelorette trip to the area and it was amazing! The house was clean and well kept and the pool was definitely a highlight for our trip.

Katie was great. House is conveniently located near a lot of great wineries and restaurants. Hot tub was also a wonderful respite after a day of tastings.

Perfect spot for a couples gathering in the wine country! Gorgeous garden, pool, hot tub and very well equipped kitchen. Walking distance through the neighborhood to a cute coffee shop and restaurants. The house was very clean and welcoming and the bottle of wine was a classy touch. Thank you again! Took a girls trip to Wine country and loved everything about this rental. Very clean home, super comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Had all the amenities and more! Would highly recommend!!

Great location near a lot of different tasting rooms and vineyards, large house with plenty of places for us to hang out. We appreciated the option of an air mattress for someone who wanted their own sleeping space.

What a great house! We LOVED the outside area and fire pit. The location is fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. Katie was super easy to get a hold of and really accommodating!!I can not recommend this house more.
