Loved staying here and would definitely go back…

Kim & Bill were right there for any issues that we had… My husband & I totally enjoyed our stay…I highly recommend, if you’re looking for a comfortable vaca stay…with pool included

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice accommodations. We loved that the neighborhood was so quite. It was so peaceful to be able to sit outside. The pool was beautiful and perfect temperature.

We loved our stay, and wound up extending. This house was perfectly located, very clean, and had all the comforts of home. The pool was wonderful, and the lanai was spacious. The host is fabulous, and communication was excellent.

Home away from home

Kim’s place is truly a home! It had everything we needed to have a peaceful month of visiting. The home is fully equipped and made it so easy to care for my family during our stay.

A Great Visit

The home was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well appointed. The home is conveniently located near markets, shopping, restaurants, and is still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be looking forward to booking this property again in the future.

This house is very comfortable and we have enjoyed our stay. The hosts have thought of everything from the well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable bedding, to the sparkling clean pool. We would not hesitate to stay here again and even wound up extending our stay. The hosts were incredible and communication was fantastic. The neighborhood was very nice and located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Very nice home

We stayed here for Christmas vacation 2019 and we absolutely loved it!! Kim was a great host!! Communication with her was excellent. We would highly recommend this house and host!!!

Our overall impression of this property is that it is well maintained and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a safe place to walk the dogs. The enclosed back porch is a comfortable place to relax.

Exceeded expectations!!

We absolutely loved our time here! The house was clean, tidy and well stocked! It was perfect for a family with older kids. The hosts were very helpful with our questions and stayed in contact with us through the remainder of the stay to ensure we had a pleasant stay! Would highly recommend these hosts and this unit to others!!!

Comfortable, good location.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home. The house was stocked well for all our needs. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The pool temperature was perfect and they don’t charge extra for the heating. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet located close to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood

The pool is heated and wonderful! Close to beaches and fun. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Owner is wonderful and easy to work with. I will definitely be back! Again heated pool is wonderful especially in the winter months.

Awesome home

The house had everything we needed! The pool was our favorite place to hang out at!! You will not be disappointed if you rent this house. Kim was also awesome to work with.

Matthews birtday

Property lovely as we were visiting family and 3grandsons school was just round the corner so ideal .they loved the pool and were able to have stay overs when not at school.would stay again.
