What a wonderful beautiful place! I did not want to leave. I have not a single complaint. So quiet and peaceful and the views were amazing. I would definitely go back.

While traditional services like DoorDash don't currently deliver to the mountain, we're working with a local company on a possible delivery option for our guests in the future. Cabin was clean and well maintained. Road in is as described, we made it no issues in a Bronco Sport. It is as secluded as they say. There was an issue with the air conditioning the host noted before arrival and was on top of getting fixed before we got there, and had a back up plan ready just in case they couldn’t get it going. Stay was nice and super relaxing!

We loved our stay at the cabin for our anniversary! Cute and cozy cabin with a beautiful view of the lake and amazing sunrise. The hike down to the lake and back was well worth it - it was moderately challenging in some rocky sections so high recommend a walking stick for stability. We took our dog with us - the only thing we wished for was some grass for him around the cabin for him to do his business. There is no TV so you can truly disconnect which was great. If you’re looking for a place to be isolated and get away for a couple of days, this is a great place!

The perfect getaway for the two of us. It was quiet and peaceful and we were able to unplug and relax. And you can’t beat the sunrise from the porch.

Bella Vista isn't just a place to stay—it’s the true Broken Bow experience.My fiancé and I were blown away from start to finish. The scenic drive up is stunning, and arriving at a spotless cabin with jaw-dropping views was the icing on the cake. It has everything you need to completely disconnect, cook great meals together, and recharge. The host was incredibly kind and accessible, making the trip entirely stress-free. Wonderful 30th anniversary trip off the grid and away from the noisy world. Two mile hike down to the lake was refreshing (moderately difficult). No hair dryer. Highly recommend!

Because our mountain cabins operate on off-grid solar systems, we are careful about providing high-energy appliances that can place a significant demand on the system. For that reason, we do not provide hair dryers. Guests are welcome to bring their own if desired. Thank you again for staying with us and for the recommendation. Absolutely stunning view. Perfect for stargazing, we saw so many. The cabin was very well equipped, clean, and had a very cozy atmosphere. 10/10. I definitely want to come back.

Excellent place to get away for rest, relaxation, peace, and quiet! Loved being outdoors taking in the one-of-a-kind views; sunrise and the low lying clouds fogging over the lake… just breathtaking! Insects were a bit of an issue, but you are in surrounded in nature; so be sure to take OFF or Fogger type spray. We were not prepared to hike, but will be the next time we stay there. Will need to have appropriate footwear and hiking type clothing as there are a lot of vines, bushes, trees and overgrowth. It’s the forest and nature at its best! Loved the rugged industrial feel of the cabin; very homey. Provided the basic standard amenities for 2 people for a couple of nights; will need to take your own additional towels (only provide the 2 sets) as there is no washer/dryer for this particular property (who wants to do laundry when on extended vacation). Great and thorough communication from the owner; very nice! Highly recommend this little hidden gem!
