Excellent location, very quiet and peaceful and easy to get to all the main townsman’s sights. Perfect if you have a dog as there is a big field at the end of the drive which is part of the property and the walks from the house are great. We would love to come back and stay again. Thanks to Malcolm and Sarah for a great stay

Nestled away this was a secluded spot to relax and use as a base to explore the local area. Quiet, calm and relaxing. Great local beaches, near to amenities and with plenty to see not far away at all.The property benefits from a great layout, is well equipped and easily felt like a home away from home.Hosts were really easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and would happily return in future.

We picked this property as it looked lovely in the photos, it was in a beautiful area and the reviews all seemed to agree. We weren't disappointed in any way. Malcolm answered my queries quickly, let us know what we needed and gave us super directions . He, and Sarah, who had been called away, live in the next property. Malcolm was there if we needed, but we had privacy too. Lovely beaches, lovely walks, lovely local food. I'd go again!

A peaceful retreat with beautiful walks on the doorstep. The cottage is well equipped and a perfect base, being near to Kingsbridge. Malcolm and Sarah are welcoming hosts. We would definitely return.

Little Stadbury was the perfect place to relax and recharge. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.Malcolm & Sarah were very welcoming hosts and gave us information about the accommodation and advice on walks in the local area.The whole accommodation was clean and warm and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We would love to visit again one day.

The cottage is most comfortable with everything needed for an excellent holiday. Easy access to good walking and very dog friendly. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Perfect property and location with fantastic hosts!

Lovely roomy cottage in the perfect super quiet location with everything you might need for a relaxing stay and we have stayed several times over the past few years - spring and summers. Much to see and do locally whatever the weather and brilliant, welcoming hosts.

Great place to stay

A great place to stay with family and dogs, so nice and quiet with it’s own field to let dogs run around. We will stay again as it was not far from the beach and Salcombe. Very clean and well presented.

Perfect end to our vacation!

Little Stadbury was such a perfect location for our family. It is close to the coastline and to some amazing villages. Malcolm and Sarah were perfect hosts and very helpful to find places and activities for our family.

Lovely cottage and hosts

Spacious and beautifully set in the countryside, close to the coast. Malcolm and Sarah were very welcoming and genial hosts and the cottage offered everything we were after.

Excellent holiday experience as always - fourth visit for us - did more and further walks and found some excellent spots for breakfast and lunches. Can’t be faulted. Highly recommend the Church House Inn nearby. Food and service is excellent. Portions are large so be careful not to order too much. All in all Ideally placed for many different days out and scenic walks.
