The Space:

This nicely designed 590 sq ft / 54 sqm home offers modern furnishings and up-to-date equipment to make your stay in Barcelona both enjoyable and practical. It features an open-plan layout combining a contemporary kitchen with a comfortable living area, including a flat-screen TV, a cozy sofa, a dining table for up to four guests, and a small balcony overlooking the building’s inner courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The apartment also offers a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a convenient second bedroom with a single bed, and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a rainfall shower.



IMPORTANT: For stays from 31 nights onwards, and in compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

The Neighborhood:

L'Eixample is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Barcelona: ideal for strolling, shopping, admiring the magnificent architecture, or watching people go from one of its many bars or restaurants. Throughout this neighborhood there are floors with high ceilings, hydraulic floors and spectacular entrances with modernist features. Leaving your home and having the most beautiful buildings in town a few meters away, is priceless. You can not stop walking the entire Passeig de Gracia or stopping to contemplate the great houses of Catalan modernism: La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló, Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Atmetller, among other stunning buildings.



Getting Around:

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Passeig de Gràcia (L3 y L4, trains).

IMPORTANT: Pending Intervention in Water Pipes

Due to an issue with the water pipes in front of the building, which falls under the responsibility of the Barcelona City Council, water service—normally operating—may occasionally be affected until the issue is fully resolved. As this is not the building’s responsibility, we will do our best to provide advance notice of any potential disruptions to tenants, which we expect to be minimal.

IMPORTANT: FAÇADE WORKS

Please note that maintenance works on the building’s façade are scheduled to begin in October 2025 and are expected to last for several months, with no confirmed completion date yet. A special discounted rate has been applied to reflect this situation. The works will take place Monday to Friday during office hours. Throughout the maintenance period, guests will not be able to open the windows or access the balcony until the works are fully completed. Please also note that the washer/dryer combo is located on the balcony, and therefore laundry facilities will be temporarily unavailable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.



IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAX By booking a stay in this tourist accommodation, you are agreeing that, according to Catalan regional and Barcelona municipal regulations, each guest aged 17 or older must pay a tourist tax of €6.88 (VAT included) for each of the first 7 nights of their stay, for stays shorter than 31 nights. This amount is not included in the total cost of the stay and will be charged online after the reservation is confirmed, never in cash. Payment is mandatory prior to accessing the accommodation. This rate may be subject to future regulatory changes.
