The strategic location of the villa in the "Aroeira Golf Resort" offers an abundance of walking opportunities. Guests can take a leisurely stroll along the fairways, or opt for a more challenging game on the two championship courses.



Villa Buganvilia II boasts tall and impressive glass windows that bring the lush outdoor scenery into the living spaces. The modern and spacious villa is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends, with its light-filled rooms that maintain a delicate balance of scale and texture, thanks to its brick and timber materials.



This holiday home is not just for living but also for working, providing guests with a flexible office space.



The ground floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, an open space living room with a dining area and a fireplace, two suites with double and twin beds respectively and ensuite bathrooms, a games room that can be converted into a tennis table, an office room, two water closets, and central heating.



The first floor features two bedrooms with twin beds and balconies, a bathroom with a bathtub, and air conditioning.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 12m x 5m x 1.20m - 2.00m, a garden, a dining area, sunbeds, and a portable charcoal barbecue. Private parking for two cars is also available.



The villa is conveniently located near various amenities, including restaurants, a supermarket, a bar, and an ATM, all within 1.7 km. The Fonte da Telha beach is just 4 km away, while the Setúbal and Costa da Caparica are 40 km and 11 km away, respectively. The bus station is 2 km away, while the train station is 9 km away. The Lisbon center and airport are 25 km and 30 km away, respectively.

Great stay

Brilliant big villa that had everything we needed. Check in procedure was easy and with no issues. Really clean inside and out with massive grounds around villa with secure location... would have liked a welcome pack re facilities available at the golf course details of local taxi etc.. plus how to work dishwasher cooker alarm system aircon etcc, but we managed with Google, and messaging the villa manager on what's app.....thanks for a great weekend

Schönes Haus, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Vorweg, Ich mag die Architektur des Hauses, hier hat sich wirklich mal jemand Gedanken gemacht. Es war alles sehr sauber, aber vieles nicht funktionsfähig, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich schwächt. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, was per se ja nicht schlimm ist, durch einen wohl mal gewesenen Wasserschaden aber einen gewissen Müffelgeruch hat - insbesondere in den Schränken. Absolutes no go war, dass wir von Sa bis Mi kein warmes Wasser hatten! Auch wenn unsere Ansprechpartnerin sehr bemüht war, ist es dann doch irgendwann inakzeptabel. Die kaputten Lichter am Beginn wurden schnell gewechselt, auch die defekte Spülmaschine ausgetauscht. Aber im Prinzip hatten wir jeden Tag irgendeinen Handwerker im Haus, weil entweder der Strom vollständig ausgefallen war und das Wasserproblem nicht geregelt werden konnte. Das dann die Kleingeräte, die vorhanden sind, nicht funktionieren, wie Rührmixer, Milchschäumer oder Saftpresse ist allein betrachtet auch nicht schlimm, in Summe war es dann aber doch ein wenig viel. So fällt mein Gesamturteil gemischt aus. Manche Ärgernisse hätten vermieden werden können, hätte vorher mal jemand einen Kontrollgang gemacht, manche Dinge müssen einfach mal erneuert werden und sind an sich nicht schlimm. Aber Warmwasser und Strom sind schon Grundbedingungen, die zu funktionieren haben und wenn hier ein Problem auftritt, ist es entsprechend schnell zu lösen. Das hat nun nur bedingt geklappt.

Idyllic stay just outside Lisbon - perfect!

The property was even better and larger than in the pictures. Plenty of space in the living rooms and lots of areas/tables for socialising with family and friends. The pool is great(although a little cold!) and it is a very private property surrounded by pine trees. Would definitely stay again and again
