Spacious villa includes golf cart, 2 bedrooms on 1st floor, pet friendly!

This spacious, three-bedroom condo with loft is located in the quiet beachside neighborhood of Beachwalk Villas. This shaded and quiet neighborhood is minutes from the beach and all of the activities at the Village of Baytowne.

The downstairs has an open concept with high ceilings- the dining room will seat six and the breakfast bar will seat three. The kitchen has updated appliances and hard surface countertops with a full-sized dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door! The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware and serving pieces for those large family meals.

The first/ground floor contains two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.

The upstairs contains the master suite with a king bed and a master bath with double sinks, shower, and a bathtub. The loft includes one sleeper sofa and two twin-size beds.

The Living room has a sofa, loveseat, and comfy chairs, and opens up on to the patio which has a view of the lake- a wonderful place to recoup after a day of running around the resort.

Ms. Shelly is an excellent host and we had a great stay here! She replies quickly and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Only complaints were that some outlets didn’t work, the golf cart could be updated- especially to a 6 seater, and the sprinklers got us soaked as we were packing up the car to check out. Other than that great area, great host, great time for our family!

Everything about this Villa and resort was amazing! Proximity to the beach, heated pools and all the amenities were more than I expected. Having a golf cart was a bonus!We will be back next winter and hopefully stay longer! Thank you Shelly!

Super fun destination for families! The place was clean and comfortable. It’s only a short golf cart ride to the beach access, and the pool was clean, nice and not overly crowded. This is a great place to unwind with the people you love most!

Wonderful stay in Destin! Property manager/ owner were super communicative and easy to work with. They addressed everything super quickly and made our stay great! It was such a sweet thing to be able to have our dog with all of our extended family as well!

The details in our property all help to create a calming, yet fun environment for both over-worked parents, and energetic young ones. There is truly something for everyone in this community!
