We just came back from our vacation. The property is amazing, The location cannot be better. The view from the deck is beautiful. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Gourmet kitchen. Lots of beach chairs, toys for the kids.Communication is another level. Highly recommended.

Outstanding location, clean spaces indoors and out, and a nice water view of the sound/harbor. Beach access was an easy 1-minute walk across the street, and the sunsets from the deck were amazing. Martha was a great host and so welcoming to us. We will definitely be back!

Girls Bachelorette Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a perfect location, comfy, clean, had everything we needed, and the owners were very attentive and responsive. Would recommend a stay here

Great location and very clean!

I stayed here for a long weekend beach getaway! Loved the location - quick walk to the beach and stores . Really enjoyed it !

Absolutely loved the property and how it was setup/decorated. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I hope to stay here again on my next visit.

The location of the property was perfect walking distance to little shops and restaurants in the area. Beds were comfortable and it felt spacious for the 5 of us. The sunset can be seen from the deck and it was a very short walk to the beach. Our adult kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! The owners popped by one of the days to introduce themselves, as they live nearby. Even though our weather wasn't that warm until the last day we were there, we had a nice visit.

Awesome Location! Plenty of Beach!

With the beach access being so close we were able to visit the beachfront multiple times a day. The place is also very nice with balconies on all levels, each with their own view.

Great location!

We have stayed at this property a few times and it never disappoints. The property is clean, quiet and well appointed. Fantastic location with nice deck areas and private garage. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Very cozy town home between the beach and the sound. Easy to walk to both and to a few shops and restaurants. Also very close to the bridge to go to Wilmington. Recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our time there during our beach getaway. The house is located close to everything we needed but is also on a quiet street. Bonus points with the garage downstairs, all the beach related amenities and a very nice collection of Beach Towels as soon as you enter the bottom floor was awesome. Also loved the outside shower.We are looking forward to booking with you again in the future.

Perfect place in the perfect location!

I can't say enough great things about this place. We stay at VRBO properties a few times a year and this one ranks among the best! The location was perfect, steps from the beach and views of the river from the house. It is also a block from shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed, space for everyone, and was very clean and well maintained.

Great vacation getaway!

My husband, our two toddlers, and my mom stayed at this beautiful beach house and we couldn’t be happier! It was very clean and in such a great location to everything, including stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach! Martha was so responsive and very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be booking again next year!

A few days at the beach

This house exceeded our expectations! Exceptionally clean, great amenities, and the location was perfect. In walking distance to the beach, bay and center of town. Martha and her husband were very kind and accommodating.

Wonderful Week in Wrightsville!

This was our 3rd time staying and the townhome delivered on all fronts once again! My wife and our three boys had a blast, we simply love the proximity to town, the ocean, and the sound side. Plus the unit is perfect size for a family and is always so so clean when we get there. We will for sure be back, already counting down the days until our next trip!

Great spot….clean and comfy!

We’ve stayed in this townhome 3 or 4 times over the years and will definitely plan to stay again. ALWAYS clean, well appointed, great location, private and quiet. And big kudos for having HOT water….so many rentals have barely lukewarm water…grrrrr.

Excellent Location and Comfort

Beyond our expectations. The condo was very comfortable for several people, clean and the outside deck was a lovely place to hang out in the shade while looking at the waterway and a nice breeze.
