Renovated 3 Bedroom TownHome in The Heart of Wrightsville Beach

Darling townhouse, beautifully decorated and close to the beach and everything that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Your vacation rental (we do not rent long term) is just steps away from the beach access. It is also located one block from the sound, providing excellent views of sparkling Banks Channel from both inside your spacious living space and the two large balconies. The property is in pristine condition. It is walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, restaurants, bars and fishing pier. Bikes and paddle boards can be rented near by. There is both driveway and garage parking for 5 cars. Dining for eight either inside or outside on the deck which has a retractable awning. Grilling area downstairs has its own dining and sitting area. Convenient enclosed outside shower. Comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, a variety of beach toys, coolers, and a wagon to easily pull it all to the beach.

We welcome weekly rentals only from May 15 through September 15. There is a 3 night minimum from September 15 through May 15. We do not rent long term!

Great location!

We have stayed at this property a few times and it never disappoints. The property is clean, quiet and well appointed. Fantastic location with nice deck areas and private garage. Highly recommend!

Great vacation getaway!

My husband, our two toddlers, and my mom stayed at this beautiful beach house and we couldn’t be happier! It was very clean and in such a great location to everything, including stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach! Martha was so responsive and very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Excellent Location and Comfort

Beyond our expectations. The condo was very comfortable for several people, clean and the outside deck was a lovely place to hang out in the shade while looking at the waterway and a nice breeze.

The most wonderful stay!

The photos online don’t give this beautiful beach home justice. It was the cleanest Vrbo rental I have ever stayed in! It felt so clean, so cozy, had everything you needed and then some! The location is a dream, you get to sit on the porch and see the intercostal waterway, and it’s just a couple steps from the beach! This place was the perfect Wrightsville rental, walking distance to everything you could need, coffee, bars, food, etc! Will certainly be renting here again!

This is the second time we have stayed here for one week and we will be back. Perfect location, very clean and spacious! One of the best experiences on VRBO that we have had. Don’t think twice about this property if you are staying in Wrightsville Beach!

Wonderful Week in Wrightsville!

This was our 3rd time staying and the townhome delivered on all fronts once again! My wife and our three boys had a blast, we simply love the proximity to town, the ocean, and the sound side. Plus the unit is perfect size for a family and is always so so clean when we get there. We will for sure be back, already counting down the days until our next trip!

Great spot….clean and comfy!

We’ve stayed in this townhome 3 or 4 times over the years and will definitely plan to stay again. ALWAYS clean, well appointed, great location, private and quiet. And big kudos for having HOT water….so many rentals have barely lukewarm water…grrrrr.

Wonderful stay!!

Martha is the hostess with the mostest!! This is the cleanest and coziest Vrbo we have ever stayed at. We were here for our niece’s wedding and decided to make a week of it. Martha has everything you may need all in a perfect location!! We walked everywhere and enjoyed all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. We can’t wait to come back again!!

The house was really nice, and a great place to hang out. We appreciated all of the outdoor space and the amenities such as beach chairs, a wagon, etc. Our family will definitely consider it again later.

Wonderful beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was fantastic with the beach just a few minutes walk away as well as downtown Wrightsville with restaurants and shops. The house was stocked with anything we might need, and it was so nice to have extra beach towels, chairs, a wagon, etc. Martha was easy to communicate with and very friendly! We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic location, beautifully maintained, awesome!

We loved everything about this property from start To finish! Martha was quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating. The location was perfect…just steps from the beach access and the sound. Amazing sunsets right From the brand new deck. Inside was lovely and had absolutely everything you needed from beach towels to a well stocked kitchen. The layout was great and beds were comfy. There was also plenty of parking which is always a plus. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

birthday getaway

Our hostess was extremely accommodating and helpful. The home was super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend 116B S. Lumina. Martha introduced herself when she saw us on the porch and couldn't be more pleasant.

Great property!

We just returned from our family beach trip and this place was even better than we expected. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops…..just a quick walk. We had great meals every night within walking distance. It was so comfortable and we really enjoyed the spacious layout on the main level and the deck. The morning coffee and sunset views don’t get much better! It was very tidy and clean, there were plenty of beach towels and toys and even an extra fridge downstairs in the garage which made it so nice to keep things cold and store extra ice for the coolers. Highly recommend this place, we miss it already!

Excellent house, location and host!

Stayed here 4 days with 6 adults and we had a blast. The house was beyond clean, in great condition and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location was amazing. From the deck we were able to watch the sunsets over the channel each night which were beautiful. It's only 20 mins from the airport, within walking distance to both the beach and channel, restaurants, coffee shops (my daughter loves trying new shoppes). Martha was a great host! I texted to find out where the beach access was and she called immediately (which its right out the door turn left and just walk about 500 ft). We will definitely be back and this time will stay a little longer. Thank you Martha for a great vacation. It's a beautiful " beach town" to enjoy

Loved the location, super clean cottage with everything needed for comfort.

The condo was so nice. Everything needed and more was there. Kitchen very well stocked. Garage on lower level had a ping ball table, refrigerator , outdoor living area with a shower. Great area for grilling , parking and kids to play. Short distance to sound to swim and ocean. Upstairs had a super porch with tables and a great view of banks channel . I live close by but rent when my children and grandchildren visit. This is my number one rental on the whole beach. Super great host - can’t say enough about the accomadations. A+++++++

Great Property in Great Location

We just spent a long weekend at this property and it was an outstanding experience. The property is gorgeous and the location in Wrightsville Beach is incredibly convenient with the beach just a short walk from the house and restaurants and stores just a few blocks away. The deck is one of the most relaxing places we have ever experienced. There is a great tree just off the deck in the back and a wonderful view of the waterway on the other end of the deck. The deck includes an awning that can be extended by clicking a switch so you can relax on the deck even when it is raining. We had just 4 adults staying for the weekend and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. This property would easily accommodate 6 persons. We rented this property as a place to stay for a family wedding that took place in Wrightsville Beach over the Labor Day weekend. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay with no plans other than having a relaxing vacation. We have stayed at quite a few great VRBO properties in many different locations. This property is now at the top of our best places stayed list.

We had a great stay!

For my wife and our three little boys (ages 1-4) we couldn't have asked for a better setup. The layout of the rental was great, plenty of room on the main living floor and the three bedrooms upstairs were quite spacious. We also enjoyed both the large deck off the main living space as well as the deck on the top floor with access from the master bedroom and the bedroom with the queen bed. Phenomenal views of the sound from both! The rental was SUPER clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family. All that said, what we liked the most was the location. Legitimately steps away from the beach in one direction and essentially the same distance from a small sound-side beach in the other direction. For example, I or my wife could be at the sound-side beach with the boys and the other parent could watch us from the deck back up at the rental. Additionally, the rental is no more than a couple blocks from the central commercial area on the island where you have bars/restaurants and plenty of places to get coffee, ice cream for the kids, and even a small grocery store. Thanks Martha, we can't wait to be back!

Our new favorite!

From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left (not that we wanted to!) everything was amazing! We have rented several VRBOs through the years and this is by far our favorite. It's spacious, very clean, and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the beach!! The views from the deck are amazing and the retractable awning was awesome for shade when needed. We had more than enough parking (including a garage spot) and everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach coolers. The toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soaps, etc were a nice touch as well. Martha was a delightful host and extremely responsive. You will not regret booking your stay here.....we can't wait to schedule our next one!

Best location at Wrightsville!

My family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend at Easter and we have found our new favorite place to stay at Wrightsville Beach! Our youngest daughter is a junior at UNCW and we have stayed at many places over the last 3 years and have found our favorite! You cannot beat the location if you have 21+ children. We loved the convenience to the beach, shops, and restaurants, the view of the sound, and our kids loved the proximity to the beach bars. We also enjoyed the deck where we were comfortable soaking up the sun when the beach was too cold. The place was very clean and comfortable with large kitchen, large living room, and large TV which was important for NCAA basketball games. Small touches show they value comfort of their guests, like hand soap at every sink, beds were made when we arrived instead of just clean sheets on top of the beds, and beach towels and chairs provided. Great communication with the owner. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back. Thank you Martha!

IMNC 70.3

This was the perfect location for our group for the weekend. We were in Wrightsville Beach to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event as a relay. We were able to get a few more hours of sleep and easily walk to the swim and bike start. House was clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend. We would definitely rebook if down that way again.
