Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, provided the incident is reported to the host prior to checkout.
This fee replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and provides added peace of mind during your stay. Guests may choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if preferred.
