You'll have your choice of a full-sized queen bed, a spacious king bed, or a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Start your day right with a delicious cup of coffee, made just the way you like it! Choose from three coffee makers - a Nespresso capsule machine, an Italian stove-top coffee maker, or a filter coffee maker. A water heater is also available to boil water for your tea, and a toaster is on hand to warm your bread.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooker, microwave, oven and dishwasher. It is freshly stocked with all the essentials you need to cook, including sugar, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, and a selection of spices.

Relax in the living area with a couch and TV with over 190 free channels. Enjoy your meals at the dining table.

The apartment also features two bathrooms with shower, wash basin, hair dryer, and all the essentials.

Take advantage of the laundry room with washer/dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Step outside to the fully fenced garden and enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace or have some fun on the tended lawn.

We have a parking space available for 1 normal sized car only (no vans or mobile homes). We’ll guide you to the parking space when you arrive.

Additional vehicles and/or large vehicles (vans, mobile homes, etc), can be parked on the street. Parking on the street is payable Monday through Friday from 7:00 until 19:00, the price is 0,40 EUR/hour (parking meter). Outside these times and on weekends and holidays street parking is free.

A few spots for E-charging are also available on our street.

Enjoy the comfort and care of staying in a home that is attentively maintained and loved. This property is not managed by a company, but by the owner herself.

You will enter the apartment through your own private house entrance.

Upon booking the entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. There are no shared indoor spaces. Garden is shared only with the owner.

This is not a hotel, we don't clean the apartment daily. Guests can request a change of bed linens, towels and interim cleaning for an additional fee.

We can provide a baby bed if needed, at an additional charge.

Your pets are welcome at no extra charge! Please note 2 dogs live on the property.
