Maui Sunset A310 - 1BR, 2BA Oceanview New King Bed

A310 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanview condo at Maui Sunset Resort which is the perfect vacation home. The resort is oceanfront and has a large swimming pool, hot tub, a shuffleboard court, putting green, and gorgeous gardens and grounds. There are also gas BBQ grills and an exercise room. The resort consists of two buildings with the pool and beautiful courtyard in the middle. Each building has two elevators. Enjoy the pool with a shallow end for small children or relax on a lounge by the pool or in the jet spa.

Our beautiful 1 bedroom condo features 2 baths both with walk in showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king bed and there is a sofa sleeper and a twin sized daybed in the living room. All towels (including beach towels) and linens are provided. Complete laundry facilities in our condo include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We have air conditioning in the living room and bedroom as well as ceiling fans. There is a wide-screen TV and we offer free internet. The large 112 square foot private lanai has a great view overlooking the pool and beautiful grounds to the ocean. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets or watch whales in the winter months. We also provide beach mats and chairs.

Shopping and restaurants are close by.

Gem of a stay! The recently renovated with two bathrooms and a washer and dryer was wonderful for a family. The beach access was close and convenient for morning strolls and watching the evening sunset, and the pool was clean and relaxing. The property is conveniently located near local shops and markets with fresh fish and produce. Great communication from the host, and would definitely consider coming here again!

Very nice property in an excellent centralized location on Maui. Many shops, restaurants and beaches nearby in Kihei and within an hour of West Maui and airport and Road to Hana, etc. Apartment is spacious.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Maui! The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained when we arrived. Everything we needed was provided, and the amenities were fantastic to have throughout our stay. It really felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated how much attention was clearly put into keeping the condo welcoming and comfortable for guests.One of our favorite parts of the condo was the third-floor patio. The view was absolutely amazing, overlooking the beautiful courtyard and the beach with the island of Lānaʻi visible in the far distance. Sitting outside and enjoying the scenery, especially in the mornings and evenings, was one of the highlights of our trip. The location also made it easy for us to enjoy everything Maui has to offer while still having a peaceful place to come back to.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Maui vacation. The cleanliness, amenities, beautiful views, and comfortable atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in Maui!

We loved loved loved this place! Very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent provided, etc. We spent more time than expected sitting on the lanai, looking at the stars, amazing sunsets, ocean views, golf course grade grass throughout the huge courtyard, beautiful trees and lots of happy birds.

Our stay was amazingly comfortable and peaceful. All amenities were steadily available. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone and I would want to stay here on a revisit to Maui.

Beautiful place!

We had such a great time here! The condo was clean, spacious, and SUPER quiet; the pool was nice, and the view of the ocean (and sea breeze!) was lovely. We definitely hope to come back some day!

Great stay

We loved this location! The rental is a dated but we were barely inside to notice. The amenities are great and everything you need is a short walk south.

Amazing !!

We had an amazing time at this condo it was very clean and the location could not be beat. And the grounds are so beautiful and beach was a short walk across the grass. Will deffently stay here again.

We loved this place, felt home. Owner was gracious to let us use beach stuff without charge.Kitchen and Laundry are very helpful.Beach view was good but wont recommend getting into beach(too many stones)

Nice condo. Beautiful sunset views

We enjoyed our stay. Good location to access the rest of the Island as well as food and shopping nearby. View from the lanai at sunset is amazing. Grounds are kept up well. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic grounds! We absolutely loved being walking distance to the pool. We also loved being able to walk to Akami Coffee Co every morning. The beach at the property is rockier than we would have liked but going to Kamaole I, II, or III was an easy task. We loved the property, the interior of 310A had everything we needed - a view of the ocean, washer and dryer, 3 beds and amenities for cooking. We would absolutely book this again!

The kitchen was okay. The dishes, pans and utensils had remnants from the previous guests. The bedding had an unusual odor and the bed in the living room area was not cleaned.
