Loved the exposed brick and old wood floors!! Lovely accommodations with anything we needed already stocked and ready to use, if we needed. We loved being able to just walk to different places around town. Nicks Pancake House was amazing and so was Nana’s Hometown Sweets and Eats!

The only issue was sheets and pillow cases for Murphy bed had to be put on. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Very guest friendly place. Absolutely happy with our stay.

Wonderful!

This loft has so much character and everything we needed. Downtown and close to restaurants and parks for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

Jerseyville Loft

The Loft was perfect for our stay in Jerseyville. It became our "home away from home." Thank you BT for creating such a wonderful place!

The apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, kitchen was all stocked with kitchen cooking tools, pans etc...plenty of seating, plenty of TV, washer and dryer were in excellent shape, our host was very accommodating, the apartment was very family friendly with games, child dishes in the kitchen and so much more. We were in the heart of Jerseyville and we were very close to great restaurants, some even were in walking distance. There were shops in the town and of course the Walmart right down the street, close gas stations etc.. This was our 2nd stay and we plan to be there again next year!. Oh we loved that there are two full bathrooms available. One for my hubby and one for me..lol... The downtown noise does not enter the apartment (another BIG BONUS). AND we have our own personal garage with a door that leads us right into the apartment. GREAT PLACE! Guarantee you will love staying there! Linda

Family holiday

The loft is perfect! We had a wonderful family weekend meeting up in Jerseyville at this location. Loft was clean and so well stocked! We will be booking there again.

Loft Living

A great property, with charm & character. I’d highly recommend this property for a change from your typical nightly rental. The loft felt very comfortable and made you feel like you were staying with family!

Great place

Very clean, well stocked. Great location for me in downtown Jerseyville. Just a super and unique loft. With the snow the garage was a welcome bonus. Highly recommend!

Stay for reunion

Attending family reunion in town and the apartment’s location was excellent. The only problem we had was not finding the Murphy bed in the second bedroom.

Wedding blues

After days of travel issues because of southwest. We got to the property at 3am and it was absolutely perfect. We eill definitely book there again now that we have family there!

Jerseyville Jaunt

We came to Jerseyville to visit family and stayed at the condo. The stairs are steep to get up, but for those who can't make it easily, the owner has installed a chair lift. While it is quiet, it doesn't entirely block out the noise of bands that play at the restaurant on the side of the condo. Luckily it does stop before midnight, but after driving all day, it wasn't pleasant to hear! The condo is clean and fun. Filled with antiques and fun album covers on the bar. It is convenient to all of the area from Grafton to the local hangouts!

Perfect space for a small overnight business retreat!

This was the perfect and cutest loft for me to host a small business retreat! The space was very clean. The place is full of charm. There is a ton of space. We were never over crowded. Delicious restaurants and boutique shopping is within walking distance. Check in and check out was very simple and the owner is easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! And I would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable residence right in the heart of downtown Jerseyville.

I would do it again. I love older properties and this one was tastefully restored with all the great historical elements and it was very roomy.

Bachelorette party

I threw a bachelorette party for my best friend here and it was a perfect environment to do so. There was enough sleeping space for all 6 of us and the living room is perfect for good conversations

Home away from home

This place is inviting and feels like home. The location is great. An added bonus - listening To live music and the great food at George’s. This was our second time staying at this property and we will be back again.

Everything in one package

My family of 6 stay here was comfortable and accommodating. The only thing we had to worry about about was food. It is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. We will rent this again on or next visit. Amazing and memorable stay.
