Established in 1900 as a utopian village, the streets are tree-lined streets with eclectic homes, and green spaces. The neighborhood is renowned for its arts scene, including theater productions and annual events like the Arden Fair. Conveniently located near downtown Wilmington, Arden offers a peaceful stay with easy access to downtown.



Getting Around:

Getting around Arden and the surrounding areas is convenient and straightforward. The neighborhood is just a short drive from major highways like I-95, making it easy to access nearby cities such as Wilmington and Philadelphia. Public transportation options are also available, including bus services that connect Arden to Wilmington and other nearby towns. We recommend having a car but ride shares like Uber and Lyft are available.
