Conveniently located near shopping (Kohl’s, Menard’s, Hy-Vee), movie theater, Osage Beach Outlet Mall, Bagnell Dam strip and plenty of restaurants. Boat slips available for rent in our private marina. Swim or sun at one of the complex’s 3 pools (2 heated), fish off the dock, float in the 2 coves or take a walk on the waterfront boardwalk. Tennis, pickleball and basketball courts available. Newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. Includes all the comforts of home. Oversized fully furnished kitchen. Washer/Dryer in unit. Free WiFi.

The condo was very nice and clean. Nice decor. Good if you have mobility issues, just a few steps to unit. Great for 2 couples with 2 king beds. View was great! This condo is close to everything you need, all stores, fishing equipment, dining, ice cream, bars with swimming and entertainment ! Jeff was very kind and easy to get ahold of! We would stay here again!! Also it was nice to have a pool that didn't require tons of steps to get to.

This unit was perfect for a long weekend at the Lake! Very clean, had everything we needed in the unit, 3 pools plus great views and an excellent location close to Backwater Jack’s, Level 5 and Encore. The owner was friendly, very helpful, and easy to reach. Highly recommend this unit and complex!

This was our 8th annual visit to Lake of the Ozarks and this condo ranks as the best we have stayed in. Everything was perfect from the ease of entering the property to the impeccable condition of the unit. This is top notch in every way imaginable. Location to the pools was great and the views breath taking. We will most certainly be back.

This was our third time staying at Jeff's apartment - but first time for our Friends Philip and Debi. We love the location and the view from the deck - which is just unbeatable. We can't wait to return!

Great little getaway

Location was perfect for restaurants, main strip and Backwater Jacks and Dog Days. The cove was quiet and we enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. Bedrooms were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Thanks for hosting.

Thank you Renee. It was a pleasure having you as our guest. I realize BBQ pits are nice, unfortunately on a wood deck can be very dangerous. Fire districts and many condos, are no longer allowing but we do have a BBQ pit at our clubhouse park area and swimming pool. ... and of course some of the best restaurants at the lake within a few miles of condo....... for the rest of us. We look forward to having you as our guest on your next visit to this wonderful lake. 90 years this month!

Great stay at a great location

Overall a great condo. The windows in the master bedroom are amazing and made for a great view. The host was communicative for things to do over the holiday weekend and easy to deal with. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay. Beautiful views. Very clean condo. We’ve stayed in others that weren’t so clean. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

Everything was amazing and so simple! Jeff made the process seamless. The place was so close to all of our destination stops. It was clean. Beautiful. Great views. Well equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be returning!!
