Great family getaway

We had an amazing time-6 adults and 2 kids. Villa was just right for our needs Very relaxing with local bars and restaurants nearby. Eirini looked after us really well throughout, even drove us to supermarket for a big stock up and showed us the area on our way Massive 👍 from us all

Perfect holidays in a beautifull villa

We spent beautiful holidays! Everything was perfect: very nice pool, great view, very nice villa. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you Eirini! You and your husband are great hosts!

Beautiful

Wonderful and clean house with nice view and short distance to the beach, resteraunts and supermarket. Check in was easy and we had a nice communication with Eirini and was very polite!

A house with a view

The house is great, fully equipped, comfortable bedrooms, several bathroom, great balcony and terras around the pool. Swimming while enjoying the great view on one of the best windsurf beaches.

With a perfect elevated position at the Ponti end of the bay, the villa (with its identical unobtrusive neighbour) is a perfect spot for watching the sunrise, morning flat water, wind lines for windsurfing readiness (all the flags on the beach can be scanned), Ithaca and Cephalonia, yachts arriving …. It is perfect and the walk into town or restaurants nearby is easily managed. The pool is delicious and clean. Eating areas are plentiful in and around the house, with an easy kitchen. The three floors work well for spreading family or groups. Eirini keeps the place and gardens clean and is a ray of Greek sunlight. I hope we can all come back soon. Thank you

Incredible Villa

We booked as 3 couples, wanting a place to socialise as a group but also have our own space that had a good location close to the beach and restaurants. Eirini’s villa was absolutely perfect, arranged across three floors meaning we had the space we needed. The view over the bay is spectacular and it’s perfectly located for a stroll to the beach and marina with some lovely restaurants and beach bars. The communication with Eirini was super easy, she left a lovely welcome hamper and helped arrange taxi for us from the airport. A gem of a place, we will 100% be back!

Great villa and location

We were a family of 5 with ages ranging from 15 to 83. The villa is split over 3 floors with several balconies so there was plenty of space for all of us! The views across the bay are spectacular and the pool is a really good size and shape. There are 2 outside eating areas and we enjoyed sitting near the bbq area and looking out across the bay. Eirini was there to greet us when we arrived. She was a very good host as she is knowledgeable about the local area, quickly to came and sort out a minor problem, and easy to communicate with. Eirini has a good sense of humour and makes you feel very welcome. She also left a delicous welcome hamper. A great place to stay. The windsurfing was good too!

This villa exceeded our expectations. Erini was a delight to deal with and she regularly checked in to ensure everything was well. The facilities at the villa were excellent. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven and sink with a table under a pergola affording spectacular views of the beach and bay. The pool was wonderful and cleaned daily. It was deep and big enough to swim properly. The walk to the village whilst steep was only 5 mins on foot and there are a plethora of tavernas and bars to choose from. We will be returning to this villa again. No hesitation in recommending.

It has been a real pleasure staying in Eirini's villa. It is located perfectly - walking distance to beach and tavernas, 2kms from the town of Vassilliki and the ferry that can take you Kefalonia and Ithaca. The villa itself is great - the pool (with a 1.80m depth at the center!), the BBQ area and the layout of the house. The best part is the view from the main terrace, overlooking the entire bay. We watched the Full and Blue Moon from it and it was certainly once in a lifetime experience. Eirini and her family are truly wonderful hosts. They are good, warm people with a 'no-nonsense' approach which I personally appreciate. They are always there when you need them but not an intrusive way. They were able to accommodate a few requests we had and fix whatever problem arose during our stay. Overall, I think was a great experience and wee will certainly be coming back next year.
