Regouro is located high above the historic village of Boassas. This vacation rental is located 15 minutes from the center of the town of Cinfães and close to the region’s top tourist attractions, such as the Bestança River, the Douro River and its wine region, the village of Gralheira, and the Paiva Walkways.
It is a spacious two-bedroom apartment with wonderful spaces to enjoy during your vacation: a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The most magical place I’ve been to! With parking!! Anabela was so gracious and gave us so many suggestions on what to do and see. It felt like family. I hope I can stay again.

A slice of heaven

Fantastic home in a small village, my wife and I loved it. The house is spotless and well equipped with an amazing view. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay

This property exceeded our expectations. The location and views are incredible. We found the home and neighborhood so charming. The people were friendly, and the house had everything that we needed and then some. Our host Anabela was gracious and kind; and shared some great tips for local exploring. Cinfaes is the greatest little village and we would definitely come back to the area if we visit Portugal again.

Remote location

It’s a beautiful place and very clean. We loved EVERYTHING except for the roads and steps. It’s hard to find. Parking is tight with lots of steps to get in and around the house. It’s a great view though!

A wonderful place in the Duro Valley

The apartment is in a small village up overlooking a valley in the Duro. The Property Manager is just great. The place itself is nicely done and is well kept. In warm weather they set up a hot tub. Fabulous

A beautiful home nestled in a tiny village in the hills of Douro Valley. It has all of the comforts of home. Close to Cinefaes, which has plenty of restuarants, shops, etc. The hosts Hider and Anabela were very communicative and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. Unfortunately we were there during the horrific wildfires so were unable to enjoy the beautiful region. But the home was our haven and safe place. We hope to return one day and when we do we will stay at Regouro House for sure! Highly reccommend.

Don't miss a chance to stay here!

We've been traveling by car through Spain and Portugal for several weeks and Regouro was by far our favorite stay. Everything about this place was amazing. The drive in was incredible, the terraced vineyards are so beautiful. Annabelle was very communicative and sent extra info so we didn't get lost. She greeted us and gave us the tour of the house and was so helpful with tips and ideas about ow to enjoy the area. She is the sweetest person. This is one of those VRBO stays where you truly feel at home. The house is setup with everything you need and is so comfortable. We loved walking around the neighborhood, kayaking on the river, lunch in Cinfaes, and wine on the patio overlooking the river and our time there went too quickly!

A Great Spot overlooking the Douro River

This property was part of a trip we took to get a sense of what Portugal is like. It is away from the large Cities and perched on the side of a mountain with a beautiful view of the Douro River far below. All the mountains in the area are terraced for agriculture and housing and the roads are very narrow, often limited to one vehicle which can lead to complications if you meet head on. In many places there are no guard rails so you need to be sure you are comfortable with these driving conditions. The property, not surprisingly, is terraced. The garage is on the street level, a few steps takes you to the entry gate and a terrace with a barbeque, and a few more steps takes you to the entryway and kitchen. Three steps up takes you to the living room and dining room where a set of doors opens to another outdoor sitting area with a great view. The main bedroom and bathroom are a few steps down from the kitchen. For us the steps were not an issue.We purchase Groceries in the small town of Cinfaes about 7 or 8 kilometers from the house and that is also where we got gas. We took two train trips from the station across the river at Mosteiro: one east to Regua along the Douro river and one west to Porto. They were easy trips and much easier and less expensive than driving. Our hosts, Anabela and Miguel, were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.We would enjoy staying here again.

O Jim e a sua esposa Sue, foram hóspedes mais que adoráveis! Muito simpáticos e sempre bem dispostos e agradados com tudo! Estiveram connosco durante uma semana e infelizmente apanharam dias chuvosos mas que souberam aproveitar bem, disfrutando do conforto da nossa casa. Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Blick in das Dourotal. Herzlicher Empfang durch Anabela. Es fehlte an nichts. Es waren drei ganz kleine Katzen dort, die wir gerne gefüttert haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bonsoir Pierre, Nous nous efforçons de faciliter le maximum l’arrivé de nos hôtes. Avec de s points gps de référence, ainsi que le manuel d’arrivé pour le trajet. Mais , nous comprenons, que ce n’est pas toujours facile pour ceux que n’ont pas l’habitude, de se repérer dans nos petites routes de campagne. Nous essayons du moins d’être le plus présent possible et disponible avant et pendant le séjour de nos invités. L’équipe Regouro.

Très beau gîte avec tous les équipements nécessaires et utiles. Vue époustouflante sur la vallée du Douro. Maison typique du Portugal avec décoration traditionnelle et moderne.
