Stay in one of Colorado’s most charming and eclectic neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee, shops, and so much more are all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away. With a spacious desk, fiber internet and a sun-filled living area, this space is perfect for remote work.

The tree-lined streets are filled with interesting architecture, funky colors and wonderful people. We have parks with hammocks, restaurants, bars, boutiques, salons, a multitude of ways to exercise, and so much more all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away.

Our carriage house is designed and equipped to be your home away from home. With comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious desk, a large-screen tv, you will have everything you need to work, play and relax. This comfortable, quiet and sophisticated space has been designed above our detached garage with no shared walls and overlooking a private park. It is accessed by a single flight of interior stairs. A private parking space is provided steps from the front door.

Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a $125 pet fee. We do not accept cats. Please read our House Rules regarding pets prior to booking.

We loved staying here! It was quiet, well maintained, clean and inviting. We came out for Ironman 70.3 Boulder and had a great stay. If we come back for the race in the future, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Excellent and comfortable property

The carriage house was well equipped and comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and just a few miles from downtown Longmont. Really enjoyed my stay!

I needed a nice place to sleep near my son’s home. This carriage house was just perfect. Super clean and everything I needed.

The carriage house was perfect for my stay. Very well appointed, clean, and convenient location. The host, Linda, was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay in Longmont

Clean, cozy, and comfortable. This was perfect for my husband and me during our4 day stay in Longmont. The neighborhood allowed us to walk to businesses-bakery and dinner, and a quick drive to many of Longmont’s sites and experiences. And, an easy drive to Boulder.

Perfect size and location

Since we have family in the area, my husband and myself decided that we will always try to book the carriage house when we come to visit. Perfect size and location for us. Great bakery, coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance.

What a lovely apartment

Perfectly appointed, cleverly maximizing space, with lovely taste. Cool neighborhood architecture, in a planned development with easy walking on leafy streets to local coffee shop and restaurants. An excellent place to stay.

Anniversary get away

My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary touring Rocky Mountain National Park. The cottage was a great and quiet place to base out of. Close to Estes Park and a short drive to Denver. The privacy and full amenities made this a great experience.

Great location!

Cozy is an appropriate description for this lovely carriage house apartment. The neighborhood is a huge asset, too. There’s a fantastic coffee house in walking distance and restaurants and groceries are close by. If we come back to the area we will definitely try to stay there.

Beautiful neighborhood

Best experience with VRBO. The hosts were helpful and attentive. The location was wonerful. I stayed in the fall and the colors were breathtaking. Everything I needed for my stay was included in this cozy and clean carriage house. Highly reccomend staying here!

Prospect Carriage House

The property was cute and comfortable. Great neighborhood with pretty gardens for walking, and very dog friendly. Nice pizza place right in the neighborhood. Hosts were good communicators. Had a really nice stay.
