Our stay was very enjoyable. We were allowed to check in early which helped greatly with a 16 month old that needed to nap. The hosts met us on check in day to explain property details and they remained quite helpful to answer questions throughout the stay. The location was close by many great restaurants, supermarket and other good local shops. We strongly recommend it!

This property was incredible and so homey. The host was so helpful and friendly, available whenever we had questions, even on places to eat. The beds were cozyThe pool was perfect for our kids to play in and for us to relax. We had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely book again. It was within easy walking distance to the grocery stores and an easy commute to the beaches and shops.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious, clean and cozy. The outside area (pool, dining area and barbecue) is perfect. There are restaurants, cafe shops, supermarkets and a nice park within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and they respond to your messages/questions very quickly. We will use it again in the future!

Beautiful villa

Our family of six adults stayed at this lovely villa for 1 week. It was very comfortable, very well equipped lots of homely touches. The area is nice, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Lisbon was quite accessible, we enjoyed a few days there. Also Sintra was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the garden with the pool and nice sitting area for dining in the evening. Thank you Maria and Jose.

The house was perfect, clean and comfortable, bigger than we expected, and we loved the quirky yet tasteful decor - it felt like a home, with everything you could need. The appliances were good, a great TV, really well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furniture. The king-size bed had a really great firm mattress, and the shower was very powerful. The outside area is great, well-provided with furniture and loads of space, and the private gated parking is a bonus. It was nice to be in a detached house, very private and quiet - we heard almost nothing except a few local dogs barking, but that didn't bother us at all. Overall perfect for us, wouldn't change a thing.

Thank you for your comment, you are very kind. The gate has a good size and as the house is only up to 6 people, we don't have many guests with a 7 places vehicle.

A wonderful villa for a wonderful price in a great area.

We were a family of 7 including myself and my spouse (2 seniors), my daughter and her spouse and their 2 children, ages 9 and 12 and my 3rd grandson, age 17. The location was excellent, near beaches, restaurants and markets. Maria and Jose could not have been more helpful in explaining the villa's features upon our arrival. The villa accommodated the 7 of us comfortably, with 1 grandson sleeping on the sofa bed. It had everything that we could have needed in terms of appliances, cookware and tableware and the exterior was a big plus with the small very clean pool, outdoor BBQ and area to dine or simply relax. The area was very safe and there was room in the gated driveway that easily accommodated 2 cars. The only negative was the fact that the neighborhood had many dogs, who barked frequently, but we are all animal lovers and we were able to get used to their noise quickly. I would recommend this villa very highly.
