Het huis was fantastisch. Heel compleet ingericht. Heerlijk zwembad. Ligt heel mooi op loopafstand van het centrum van Caunes-Minervois. Ligging is rustig op een heuvel met een paar huizen er omheen. Ontzettend leuk bezienswaardig dorp. Leuk bakkertje met aardige mensen. Eigenaren of vertegenwoordiger van Belvilla hebben we niet gezien of gesproken. Vonden wij prima. Sleutel lag in een sleutelkastje. Werkte prima. In de koelkast lag een fles champagne. Helemaal super. Waar we minder tevreden over waren, was de buurvrouw. Zij had iedere dag de muziek een uur hard aan staan. Daar was ze niet op aanspreekbaar. Van de eigenaar en Belvilla kregen we wat lauwe reactie. Verder helemaal prima.

We had a wonderful holiday at La Bergerie. The house was perfect, the pool was fantastic, the views were breathtaking, and the surrounding area was truly fascinating. Throughout our stay, we had excellent communication with the local contact person, while the owners also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated this thoughtful level of service. We would definitely love to return—perhaps at a slightly cooler time of year when the temperatures are a little more comfortable for hiking and exploring the surroundings. Mooi huis in mooie omgeving. Huis goed uitgerust met ruim voldoende pannen, servies etc. Ook nog voorraadje uien, knoflook, olie, azijn, koffie, vaatwastabletten; alsof de eigenaar er de dag ervoor nog was. Keuken iets gedateerd, maar alles is er. Wel kleine vaatwasser en een lichtje bij de spoelbakken zou fijn zijn. Wasmachines in de garage gevonden. Airco heerlijk op hete dagen. Zwembad fantastisch, groot genoeg om echt baantjes te trekken. Ligbedden bij zwembad goed. Bedden in hoofdslaapkamer goed. Goede badkamer, zelfs 2e bij zwembad. We hebben zelfs jeu de boules gespeeld: eigen ballen gekocht, hoewel ze ook aanwezig waren (plastic). Terassen op oosten, dus vanaf 18u in de schaduw. Bakker en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand, grotere supermarkten redelijk dichtbij, Carrefour is onze favoriet. Heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf in La Bergerie! De villa is ruim en prachtig ingericht, waardoor het de perfecte uitvalsbasis is voor ons gezin. Het privézwembad was een groot succes, vooral na onze uitstapjes naar het nabijgelegen dorp. Caunes-Minervois is charmant en er zijn heerlijke restaurants in de buurt. We hebben vooral genoten van het diner bij La Mangeoire, dat om de hoek ligt. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien en het terras was fantastisch om te eten. We voelden ons er meteen thuis!
