The house was absolutely wonderful and clean. The garden, the Pool and the vieuw… amazing. It‘s a paradise. The host was very friendly and there for us in for every question. Highlight recommended!!

Perfect stay. The villa is really well equipped. The views spectacular. The road up is tarmac so no issues getting there. Archangelos is a 5 minute drive and has a great supermarket. Fish market and take out pizza if you want a night off from amazing restaurants nearby. We chose to have the pool heated which was extra but worth it in may. The family were there before us and were so kind to collect me off the bus as my family weren't arriving until late evening. It was a perfect stay.

One of the best European villas we have ever stayed in (we are Australian). Enjoy the pool and the nearby beach.The view is stunning. Easy driving and such lovely people.

What a magnificent villa, featuring a sea view and a superb swimming pool. In summer, the climate is hot and dry, so there is no need to heat the pool. The various outdoor tables allow you to enjoy both mornings and evenings. The villa is easily accessible and located less than 5 minutes from local shops. Tsambika Beach is truly fabulous. The hosts were always very available, offered great advice, and promptly addressed our requests. The four bedrooms are very comfortable and bright, with large windows. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room is comfortable, though a bit cluttered with furniture. We recommend this villa for its pleasant living environment.

Fantastic stay!

Our family had the most amazing stay at Patricia’s villa. The pool was the best one we have used yet. The villa was spacious, cool, well stocked, and supplied and offered everything we needed. We felt safe and secure too. Would definitely recommend the location too!

Lovely villa with everything needed for a lovely holiday. In a great spot on the mountain with beautiful view of the sea.Plenty of outdoor space. Pool large with Roman steps. Had a great holiday and would happily return.

Our stay at this villa was an absolute dream. I’ve rarely experienced such breathtaking views – truly unforgettable. Everything worked perfectly, and Patricia and her husband were always available, attentive, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. The villa itself is ideal for a family getaway, offering comfort, space, and everything you could possibly need. On top of that, the surrounding beaches are simply stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

Wonderful place!

Stayed at Patricia’s wonder villa for a week in the Easter holidays and we had a brilliant time. The villa is very spacious and the pool area exceptionally nice too. Peace and quiet with views over Tsambika beach was absolute bliss for us all. Everything on the island is within easy reach and the location means you can pop to the beach within a few minutes and see the whole island form the.hills above too. A superb villa and would highly recommend as Patricia and Anthony were very helpful with everything from start to finish.Absolutely brilliant place for a holiday

Excellent Villa

The outside area was amazing and views to the sea were outstanding. The air conditioning was really good and very welcome as a break from the heat. Patricia was very helpful and easy to contact.There was a list of suggestions for local restaurants which was helpful and the food that the panarama restaurant was excellent.We would definitely recommend this Villa

An excellent choice for a stay in Rhodes. The villa is beautiful and fully equipped, especially the outdoor areas. The pool is among the best we have ever experienced, the garden is spacious and very enjoyable, and the view is truly breathtaking. The care and the availability of the host, Patricia, made the whole stay even better.We spent a week at the villa and greatly appreciated its convenient location—ideal both for exploring the island’s main attractions and for enjoying relaxing days at nearby Tsambika Beach. Patricia also provided us a mini guide to the points of interest on the island, which was very helpful.If we were to return to the island, we would definitely choose this house again.

Great stay

Lovely villa with spectacular views. There was everything we needed, including a generous welcome pack. Patricia provided helpful information, and the whole process from booking to leaving was very smooth. Tsampika beach is wonderful, and local restaurants are friendly with good food. 20-25 mins drives to Lindos and Rhodes town, which are well worth a visit. A great week. Thank you.

There are 3 standouts from this property - 1st is the privacy you enjoy as 1 of 3 villas in this development. 2nd is the view which is literally breath takingly beautiful perched on a hill side overlooking Tsampika beach. 3rd is the amazing host Patricia who provides great information and recommendations and responds within hours to all emails. This was very helpful in optimising our first visit to Rhodes. We were a party of 5 ranging from 22 to 64 and we all loved it. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

Beautiful Villa in a tranquil setting

The villa is just as described and pictured with amazing views and plenty of outside space. The location is convenient for accessing places to visit but feels secluded and peaceful. The air conditioning works very well and comfortable spacious rooms meant we all slept very well. The pool is very clean and beautifully maintained along with the lush planting outside. We would definitely recommend this villa and the communication with owner was very helpful before and during the stay. Hope to return one day soon!

Beautiful villa, fantastic holiday!

We had a lovely time on Rhodes. The villa was ideally placed (centrally) on the island, with Tsambika on the doorstep (great for all the water activities). The villa was modern, spacious, and clean, with a great garden and pool area. And the balconies were ideal for catching the beautiful sunrises or relaxing on an evening. Patricia (the owner) kept in touch before, during, and after the holiday to ensure our trip went smoothly, and to offer local advice. And David and Elaine (who look after the villa) were very friendly and helpful (thank you for the tip about Farma!) Thank you so much for a lovely time.

First class holiday

A wonderful Villa, no issues at all - very spacious and superb location. Great view and the local beaches were excellent. Found the Panorama restaurant a bit pricey but otherwise all the restaurants were great especially those in Lindos. The beach really is wonderful - ample parking in all venues which was a joy ! The information pack provided by the owners is extremely helpful - probably the the most accurate we have ever been given. The whole holiday, location and beaches and villa were superb. One final point - the local goats to the villa were lovely - a really nice touch to a beautiful holiday.

Lovely villa, with beautiful views

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks here. The villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable even in the heatwave whilst we were there. The garden and pool are the real feature of the property with stunning views over the bay. We spent many hours enjoying the pool! Location is perfect, easy journey from the airport, ideal beach for the family, lovely tavernas and lots of lovely places like Lindos, Butterfly Valley and Rhodes Old Town within easy reach. Patricia was a great host, easy to reach and made sure our stay was supported with lots of advice and guidance. We would definitely return!

Great pool with fantastic view

We really had a lovely week at the Villa. It is a great location with lots of walks and trails around. The beaches in the vicinity are great and really easy to get to. The kids loved the beaches and playing in and around the pool, which we found to be a really good size to actually swim some lengths! Patricia was a great host, providing loads of really useful information about the villa and Rhodes, and was on hand to assist whenever required. Having an Amazon Fire Stick was also great to keep the kids entertained when required! We had a great time thanks! x

Lovely Villa with Stunning Views and Wonderful Pool

We had a fabulous 2 weeks in Rhodes and loved this spacious and well-equipped villa, which is perfectly located between Rhodes and Lindos. There are good local shops and conveniences & the lovely sandy Tsambika beach - all in a short drive, and many excellent restaurants within a 15 min drive. Car rental is essential, but we had a quad bike as well and travelled 494km during our 7-day hire, as well as further journeys in the car, so we feel we experienced a lot of the island. We visited Lindos/Acropolis and Rhodes – twice, and toured virtually the entire island, both on the coastal roads from Rhodes, down to Lindos, Prassonisi and up to Kritinia Castle and Ancient Kameiros, as well as cross country, through/around the mountain ranges, which we loved, including several amazing lunches, plus a sunset visit to Monolithos Castle – which was absolutely spectacular! However, the real highlight is waking up each morning and going outside into such a beautiful environment with the expansive views of the coast & surrounding area and the lovely large pool for refreshment. It is truly a unique, relaxing, and energising place to be. Patricia, the villa owner/host was extremely helpful and responsive; from our initial enquiry & queries, prior to our arrival - with lots of useful information, and during our stay, so we felt well supported throughout & would not hesitate to recommend the villa and hope to return soon - to visit the areas we didn’t see during our wonderful 2 week holiday.

Un très beau séjour à Rhodes, dans une maison à la vue exceptionnelle !Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille pour les 80 ans de ma maman. Un immense merci à Patricia, adorable, très réactive, disponible et toujours attentive à notre bien-être. Ses conseils sont précieux !Les grands atouts de la maison : une vue extraordinaire, une piscine très agréable et possiblement chauffée (et éclairée jusqu'à 22h30 !) et une belle terrasse à l'étage. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir toute l'île. La maison est bien équipée, propre, les salles de bains sont fonctionnelles et il y a de beaux espaces extérieurs avec de nombreux transats.La maison n'étant normalement pas louée pour 10 personnes, Patricia a très gentiment accepté de faire une exception. À 10, l'intérieur est toutefois un peu juste, notamment pour les couchages, les repas et le salon, qui paraît plus grand sur les photos. Cela a été d'autant plus sensible que la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement des extérieurs.Attention au tarif affiché en livres sterling et non en euros, qui peut prêter à confusion. Enfin, l'accès est compliqué : aucune indication, juste une ouverture entre deux glissières de sécurité. Mieux vaut éviter d'arriver de nuit et bien suivre les indications de Patricia!Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour pour cet événement particulier. La vue, la piscine, l'emplacement et surtout la gentillesse de Patricia font toute la différence. Merci pour toutes ces attentions!

Beautiful house, with a magnificent view of Tsambika beach. It was perfect to relax by the pool in the afternoons and visit anywhere along the east coast of Rhodes within just a short drive. The house has every amenity you might need, and the host was very responsive and super friendly. We were 4 adults with 3 kids aged 8 and under and it was just the right set up! Would recommend!

Eine wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf Tsambika Beach! Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist für 8 Personen ideal (4 DZ). Der Vermieter ist stets erreichbar gewesen und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn es was gab. Die Liegen am Pool und ein paar Fließen könnten wieder mal erneuert werden. Aber insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit dort. Ideal zum Entspannen und fern ab vom Trubel. Dank des Pools wird es auch den Kindern nicht langweilig…

Hervorragende Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Vermieter. Perfekte Weg- und Hausbeschreibung. Die Villa war deutlich vor dem Check-In fertig und konnte freundlicherweise früher bezogen werden. Toller Blick – teilweise durch die Tannen - auf das Meer, der beheizte und relativ große Pool auf dem sehr großen Grundstück ist hervorragend. Durch die abgelegene Lage war es sehr ruhig und man konnte, auch bedingt durch Aussenrolläden und Klimaanlage, bestens schlafen. Tolle Kommunikation und wenn nötig Hilfestellung durch die Vermieter Particia und Alex sowie vor Ort durch Anna, die sogar einmal zwischendurch sauber gemacht und Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche getauscht hat. Das Haus, auch wenn es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, überzeugt mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und könnte zusammen mit dem Esstisch etwas größer sein. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß und reicht, um genügend Getränke zu kühlen. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.
