The Cottonwood complex is located 3 blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants of Aspen. This 2nd floor unit faces Aspen Mountain and has gorgeous views from the living and dining room. The open floor plan allows everyone to spend time together within the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large kitchen island. Each bedroom is spacious. This is the perfect cozy downtown condo for your ski vacation or summer in Aspen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious and the location was very convenient. Our only issue was we had trouble finding a parking space in the designated lot behind the condo, but the team at Christies was very responsive.

Great family getaway!

We loved our two week stay at this property! The proximity to town was a plus. The living and kitchen areas were great and the beds were very comfy! Bunk room was perfect for our family.

Great space. Great location!

Best Experience and Value

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is AWESOME! I was super skeptical about renting through VRBO as I've had only bad experiences where the unit was completely misrepresented. This experience and condo was absolutely perfect! The unit has obviously just been renovated and was spotless. Super comfortable ( especially the beds and linens) and outfitted with every amenity one would need. Mae, PJ and John were terrific to deal with, from accommodating last minute travel plans due to weather, stocking our fridge, arranging housecleaning, recommending outfitters for rentals and activities and ensuring our entire stay was perfect. Having stayed at the three top hotels in Aspen on prior trips,this was truly better than staying at any hotel, given the personal and attentive service provided, the spacious accommodations for a family and convenient downtown location.
