The location and view can’t be beat! Lovely pool and outdoor social spaces directly next to the beach. Close to a variety of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Let me start with the host is amazing , we did not get to stay at there place due to the crisis in pv that week but Chris graciously refunded every penny without hesitation . We have booked for 2027 and look forward to dealing with these amazing people … thank you

The best spot to watch the sunset--from the balcony or the beach! This was a terrific condo and just as described. We loved being right on the private beach and next to the pool. The location is terrific! Very walkable to many many restaurants and little shops. Thank you to our hosts who were wonderfully responsive--very quickly answering all of our questions. The week passed too quickly and we can't wait to go back to Bucerias!

Perfect ocean view

Perfect location, the view of the ocean was amazing! Secured grounds and long term renters are very nice! The condo is very roomy, has all you need! I would definitely book there again.

Great central location at Bucerias

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Bucerias. Very quiet friendly neighborhood. Small condo complex and most importantly right in front of the beach.

Our stay was great building is a bit older but the location is excellent it is right on the beach with a pool and chairs in the gold zone. Would definitely come back

Best Beach

Wonderful place to stay on a budget with perfect proximity to the beach and great restaurants. We loved the town. Of course the condo could be nicer, but you get what you pay for and it was great for our family. It had everything we needed. We will stay there again.

Good stay

Location was excellent! Right on the beach with a great pool and grounds. Lots of lounge chairs and shade, was perfect. Condo was decently equipped with good TVs, lots of towels. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and all had ensuites which was perfect. Everything you need right out the door. Definitely stay again.

Great. The unit is very large and right on the best beach in Bucerias.

The owners have done a great job keeping the unit up to date and are planning to do more. The Condo staff are very friendly and go out of there way to be helpful.

Paradise

This was our 2nd time renting the condo. I have to say for us location is a huge reason why we rented here. It is close to all our favorite places in Bucerias.

This property is amazing!!! Beach front (amazing sunsets), close to restaurants and shopping. Great staff and hosts!! The condo is well equipped and was very comfortable for are group of six people. We would love to stay again in the future. Gracias

After 15 years of visiting Bucerias, we've stayed in a handful of places, but this one truly stands out. We are a repeat guest of "Beautiful Beachfront Bucerias". We love it so much that we’ve already booked our stay for next year! The layout was perfect for our growing family. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. Because the condo complex is smaller, it felt private and quiet. However, the views were absolutely massive--waking up to those sights never got old. You cannot beat the location. Being so close to the Square, we were steps away from the heart of Bucerias surrounded by fabulous dining options and great coffee shops in the Golden Zone. The Sunday market in La Cruz is a short cab ride and there's plenty of whale watching opportunities right outside the balcony. Communication was wonderful and the check in was so easy. Beds were so comfy. Once again, a great stay!

Great location!!

Wonderful unit with extras like toiletries, ETOH, SPF and non perishable food items! Ice and wheeled cooler for the beach was great to have available! Plenty of towels and essentials. Excellent views from balcony area. Pool area nice, staff friendly and owners helpful. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again when in Bucerias!

Mexico Fun

This is an older building in an excellent location in the Golden Zone of Bucerias. The unit has a wonderful view of the pool area and the Pacific. The deck has comfortable furniture making it hard to go inside. We would recommend this building for its great location and staff.In fact, we already have reservations for next year.

Great stay and Perfect location

We had an amazing time in Bucerias! The property was exactly how it was described and actually much larger than we were expecting. It was well equipped with everything we needed, we even cooked there a couple of times with no issues. The location is something I can't even describe right on the beach and in the center of everything, quick access to bars, restaurants, and shopping! We liked the area and location so we actually bought a place a block away. I would highly recomend this property!

Beautiful Bucerias

We have stayed at this condo for over 10 years. Needless to say we love it there! We only wish VRBO would offer fist right of refusal on your time before giving it to someone else.

Bravo for Bucerías

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here! The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The view of the beach was lovely. Never an issue finding a lounge chair to dig our feet in the sand. The condo and amenities were everything we could have needed. The owners were very attentive and gave us some wonderful tips...especially to all the great restaurants! Gracias Chris and Becky
