The Apartment
A lovely, light and airy apartment with two double bedrooms in a beautiful Victorian terraced house in the heart of beautiful Notting Hill. Recently decorated and with access to magical private gardens so you can live out your Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts fantasy without having to climb over the fence! On a quiet street but very near hustle and bustle of Portobello Road. Live the film!

The apartment sleeps four comfortably in two equal sized double bedrooms with queen beds. Perfect for two couples or a family with kids (of any age!).

Neighbourhood overview
For those who have seen the film Notting Hill, they won't need explaining what makes it a picture postcard perfect example of London at its best. Tree lines streets, old Victorian gas lamps, magical communal gardens between each block, charming pubs, trendy restaurants and bars, Portobello with its world famous antique shops plus Westbourne Grove with its designer boutiques. I could go on for ever...

Getting around
And also really convenient for central London. A 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, a 15 minutes walk to High Street Kensington and its shopping. A 20 minutes walk to Westfield and its huge shopping centre. And a 25 minute bus ride (or 15 minute subway/tube) to Marble Arch and Oxford street.

I live in a different house so apart from giving keys and answering any questions you will have the house to yourself. But I am always on email or phone should you need anything - such as a recommendation for dinner or even a good play to see in the West End!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the perfectly located Nottinghill flat. Easy walk to the tube and Portabello Rd. Numerous cafes, pubs, and diverse restaurants to choose from.

Wonderful place and excellent location. Access to private gardens was a nice touch. We had excellent weather and really enjoyed relaxing in the private gardens. Buses and metro were close and easy to use. Located right around the corner from Portobello Road Market. We shopped there just about every morning and made many of our meals in the handy kitchen in the unit. The washer / dryer combo unit came in handy for refreshing our clothes. Unit was easy to find and communication with the host was excellent. We’d definitely stay again. The two bedroom would easily accommodate a family or two couples. Great value! Happy travels!

We loved staying here during our visit to London! Tass was a very helpful, responsive, and friendly host and the location was fantastic! Close to so many great places to see, restaurants to enjoy, and easy to get to any main attractions and sights, this is a lovely place to stay!

Three of us stayed in the flat which is in an excellent location in Notting Hill. It was big enough for us all and quite comfortable. It's homey. It also offers access to a huge private garden which is special. The flat is easy walking distance from two tube stations. The area is filled with coffee shops, good restaurants, shops and at least three bookstore s. It's an easy pop over to Portobello Rd. Yet in a quiet area. Tass was a very responsive host who recommended a good driver, made restaurant suggestions and helped us figure out what to do with our bags before check in. We had a very enjoyable experience.

This place was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the tube, bus lines, cute cafes and restaurants, and great shops. The apartment had everything we needed and offers some wonderful views of the neighborhood and rear garden. We had a wonderful time there!

Very clean flat on a quiet street close to bus stops and a quick walk to the tube. Our host Tass provided great ideas for local restaurants. The private garden behind the property is so peaceful.

We loved our stay in Tass’s apartment and he was a great host, really responsive to any queries & offered useful recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The apartment itself was ideal for three friends, nice spacious living room and everything we needed in kitchen for a short stay - the location was excellent, just a few minutes from Portobello Road and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden in sunshine!

Great Stay!

Great location, a few blocks to Tube, easy and direct route. Quite apt and very nice deep tub! Great restaurants nearby not to mention shopping. Loved the private garden too!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed this property as it had everything we could want. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Notting Hill and is still close to the Tube. Tass was very friendly and helpful, one of the best hosts I have encountered!

Great B&B option

Great location and authentic to the area. Close to excellent restaurants and pubs and Portobello market. Apartment has a nice vibe and is well set up. Bonus is the garden access.
