For your safety and privacy, the property is completely fenced and surrounded by hedges, although you will have close neighbours.
The single-story villa offers a rustic and cosy atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxed holiday. You can sit on one of the comfortable sofas in the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, and enjoy a good book, watch television, or simply take a refreshing nap.
