Villa Anna Enchanting has been recently renovated; all appliances are state-of-the-art, and the entire property is air-conditioned.

The villa’s interiors:

Large windows overlook the lake and Isola Comacina, flooding the spacious and comfortable living room with light and a sense of wonder
and featuring an elegant dining table that seats 10 guests.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction cooktop,
dishwasher, double refrigerator, ice maker, and coffee machine.

The kitchen also opens onto a spacious outdoor patio featuring a table for 10 people, comfortable seating areas, and an unparalleled view.

Finally, on the first floor, there is a guest bathroom.

The sleeping area is accessed by climbing the stairs, where you’ll find three wonderful double bedrooms
, each with an en suite bathroom

The real gem?
The new Prestige Rooms are two refined rooms, created from the ancient stone portico and
embellished with elegant wood paneling, each with an en suite bathroom featuring mosaics and spacious showers.
They offer breathtaking views of the lake and Isola Comacina, with direct access to the
pool and the villa through the garden.

The garden has been completely redesigned, with special attention
paid to the lighting, designed to highlight the beauty of the splendid centuries-old olive trees
and create a charming and magical atmosphere.

The saltwater pool

A touch of wellness with the new saltwater pool overlooking the lake. The sunbathing area has been
expanded to offer maximum comfort. Sun loungers and an outdoor bathroom with a shower are available for guests.

A hearty and delicious continental breakfast is available upon request for 35 euros per person.
The time will be arranged with the chef.

The tourist tax, payable in cash upon arrival, is 5 euros per person per night.

Check-in will be handled in person by Cristina, who will give you the keys; please contact her one hour before arrival.
