If you're looking for a quiet peaceful place to get away from it all then you've found it! The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning and the silence is broken only by the occasion 'put put' from a local fishing boat bringing home its catch.
The ground floor apartment is 40m2, with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining area and re-furnished in June 2021. A new bathroom was installed in April 2023.
A large patio enables you to dine out 'Al Fresco' and gaze across the beautiful bay.
The 1st floor apartment is slightly larger at 50m2, and is equipped to a higher standard.
There is a stylish, modern kitchen, new bathroom installed April 2023, lounge/dining area with two double bedrooms, (one double bed and two singles which can be arranged as a further double), sofa bed and a huge balcony/terrace/garden/barbecue area which has fantastic views across the bay and beyond to the old Roman town of Split. There is a router but please bring your own SIM card. Parking on site.
