Excellent

Very nice setting. Very comfortable and light house. Good kitchen. Only gripe was pillows a bit hard!

Laundry Cottage fishing week

My husband and I and 2 friends stayed for a week with 2 dogs, the cottage itself was everything we had hoped for. It was beautiful and spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped. We had a lovely week and the weather was amazing which was an added bonus. We will definitely be going again. Zita McLennan

Beautiful location and property, communication was hit and miss with Discover Scotland but questions were answered eventually. Systems took a bit of working out (ovens shut off from the mains, no hot water, some pans took some fiddling to work on induction top). Lovely cozy modern cottage especially in the snow, but be warned the road out is impassable if the snow turn slushy or glazes over even with all-wheel drive. We were stuck trying to drive out and had to be towed off the road. Thanks to the local farmer we were able to dig (and grit) our way out the next day and the owner allowed us to pay for an extra night's stay. Excellent location with nice walks (Linn Falls) and the shops in Aberlour a 15 walk across the bridge. Handy when you need provisions for an unplanned additional night. Overall a lovely stay and we highly recommend!

Good to hear the farmer was able tow you out. The snow can make it trickier to get about and glad to hear you got to enjoy another nights stay.
