A wonderful villa for a perfect stay

Everything about this villa is of high quality and goes beyond expectations. It is really well equipped with all of the basics provided - and more! From the supply of coffee pods to the water cooler, plenty of supplies for the washing machine and dishwasher, to the toys for little ones. The living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for pool use as well. The swimming pool was perfect for a toddler. And lots of outside space to relax. Nothing!

Beautiful villa for family holiday

Can Verd was a lovely home for us for a week. We loved the outdoor space with its many shady spots and seating options. The gas bbq and huge table with its big umbrellas decked in fairy lights made the courtyard a perfect space for our evening meals. The pool with its big shallow step is ideal for little ones and having the deep end means the adults can enjoy a swim too. Ease of access to Pollensa made shopping less of a chore and Iris's immediate attention to any questions or requests made our holiday easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

We had an all-round perfect stay and can heartily recommend this house. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with lovely attention, cold drinks and ice cubes, a wonderful start to the holiday. 🥳🏝️💕 The house is stylishly furnished, exceptionally clean and cared for down to the smallest detail. We particularly liked the indirect lighting, the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful, perfectly maintained garden. Our little dog also felt very comfortable thanks to the completely fenced property. ☀️🥰💖 Another big plus is the air conditioning in all bedrooms, in the living area and in the kitchen, the private bathrooms for each bedroom and the parking space directly on the property. We really didn't miss anything. A wonderful house with great attention to detail, we would come back anytime! ✨🌸💗

Exceptional

“I cannot recommend Balearic Villas highly enough. Not only did they provide a quite beautiful villa that exceeded our expectations, they did everything they could to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The pool was heated, a table tennis table was delivered, a welcome pack of food & wine awaited, extra water was delivered and Iris (the MD) was constantly in touch to see if there was anything she could do to make our holiday even better. I would not contemplate using anyone else should I go back to Majorca in the future. Exceptional.”

Wir haben uns in der Ferienvilla sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Räume sind großzügig, schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die gepflegte Außenanlage mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, dem schönen Pool und der tollen Lage mit Blick in die Berglandschaft. Supermärkte und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar – insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finca im Norden Mallorcas. We felt very comfortable in the holiday villa. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. We were especially impressed by the well-maintained outdoor area, with its many seating options, beautiful pool, and wonderful location overlooking the mountain landscape. Supermarkets and excursion destinations are easily accessible by car — overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a stunning finca in the north of Mallorca.

A truly special stay near the old town

We just returned from a week at this gorgeous traditional stone finca, and it was honestly one of our favourites after a dozen villa stays in Mallorca over the past 10 years. Tucked away at the end of a beautiful long driveway, the villa is only five minutes from Pollença old town but feels wonderfully private. The bedrooms are all a great size, and the whole property has so much character, with some really unique architectural touches — the huge, gorgeous shower being a personal highlight. The annexe was a brilliant addition too, especially travelling with kids who wanted to stay up late without disturbing everyone else. Service was five-star from start to finish — nothing was too much trouble, communication was quick, and all the check-in instructions were clear. Even the grounds team, who came to do some maintenance on our checkout day, were lovely. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back. Nothing

Beautiful Property

Top gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Grundstück. Schön ruhig gelegen. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit hier verbracht Restaurants, Supermärkte und Strand mit dem Auto in 5-10 min zu erreichen.
