It was a lovely stay. The only problem we have was with mosquitoes, the second night they were relentless and we wereBoth bitten badly.Nite hosts fault but do take antihistamines and some repellent just in case.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and so very sorry to hear that you had this issue and whilst we’ve never experienced this before we will put a can of mosquito spray in the studio should the need ever arise again.

We enjoyed our stay in this cosy and clean studio annexe, which was quite separate from the main house, quiet and well equipped. The groceries provided for our arrival were a nice touch. Check-in instructions were clear and off-road parking is straightforward. The 600 bus from almost directly outside will take you into Chichester or Bognor.

A short break away

A great place to stay for 2 adults, very very clean, nice surprise eggs in the fridge, everything you need a small outside patio with table and chairs, very private, Great location you do have to drive everywhere as the house is on a busy road but only a short drive park up then walk to so many locations. Great place to stay

We wanted to stay close to Goodwood for the revival festival. We found this great place to stay. A really nice living room with a kitchen area , a shower room and a cosy bedroon. We even had a small courtyard to use exclusively. Highly recommend

Wonderful experience

We choose this location because it was close to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Carol and her family were so friendly and helpful, since it was our first time to the UK. If I ever have the chance to go back we will definitely be staying at this property again.
