Well-built new house, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, with large garden making it quiet and private. Fast, free Wi-fi. Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, two twin-bedded and one large double. Two bathrooms with baths and showers (one en-suite). Open plan spacious living/dining area with well-equipped kitchen. throughout. Roof terrace with great views of the sea and the mountains. Lots of outside space, large barbecue area and L-shaped veranda ideal for relaxing in the sun or the shade - breakfast with the sunrise, dinner with the sunset.

Boa localização, ideal para descansar, não se houve barulho, com todas boas condições desde dos quartos, sala cozinha e arredores, boa atenção da senhora que nos recebeu, a única coisa que está em falta e uma limpeza mais aprofundada, mas gostei muito da condições.

Bonita casa muito funcional espaçosa e confortável

Gostamos no geral da moradia. Muito bonita, bem equipada e com boa comunicação por parte da proprietária. Ficava a 10 minutos a pé da praia mais próxima e a 8 minutos da mercearia e café pastelaria

Séjour exceptionnel !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Andrade ! La maison est impeccable ! Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux ! Très confortable et très fonctionnelle, on y a trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour vivre au quotidien ! Située à 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial où l'on peut faire des courses dans une supérette et acheter le pain dans une bonne boulangerie viennoiserie, elle n'est également qu'à 10 min à pied de la plage. Nous adorons marcher et avons, en outre, trouvé cela très agréable d'aller en une bonne demi- heure au centre-ville à pied. Nous réserverons sans nul doute cette maison à nouveau et recommandons vivement la location !

Nice and relaxing

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. It is very calm and relaxing. The beach is just a 10min walk away. Margarida was very supportive and helped us with all questions we had.

Very nice house, good location near to the beach and restaurants. We had a late check out for free, Margarida were very helpful in all our requests. Just a small remark, we should have toilet papper and trash bags available.

Margarida top👍🏻 Haus kleine Abstriche!

Die Lage war für uns perfekt!!! Ruhe, Ruhe, Ruhe! Die Entfernung zum Strand und Centrum völlig okay! Margarida ( die gute „Fee“ der Villa) total herzlich und immer erreichbar! 🤗 Die Dachterrasse…. wirklich toll, leider fehlten dort Möbel (haben wir von unten nach oben getragen) Nun zu den erwähnten Abstrichen: Ja, das Haus hat fast alles was man braucht aber leider nicht alles perfekt. Besser wäre in der Küche wenn alles 1x in guter Qualität, als mehrfach instabil vorhanden wäre. (Töpfe, Geschirr, Kochutensilien….) Die Küche war für uns leider der Schwachpunkt im Haus. Außerdem könnten auch mal neue Gartenmöbel (u.a. mit Stuhlauflagen) angeschafft werden. Und auch Plastiktischdecken finden wir unschön, da gibt es bessere Lösungen! Man darf das nicht falsch verstehen….. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und werden bestimmt auch mal wiederkommen. Nochmals ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Margarida!!!! Liebe Grüße Anja & Thomas

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt in diesem schönen Haus. Es liegt ideal,denn ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Stadt ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man benötigt also kein Auto. Die wenigen Flugzeuge, die Auf Porto Santo landen sind kein Problem, obwohl der Flughafen sehr nahe ist. Für weniger als 10 € kann man per Taxi zum Haus gelangen. Margarida ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Sie brachte uns sogar einen Strandschirm als wir danach fragten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect spot

Margarida is a great host helps you settle in on arrival and then leaves you too it. She arranged an early arrival as we came by ferry from Funchal in the morning. The house was spotless and everything as it appears on the website. Perfect peaceful location but within a 15 minute walk downhill to the beach with a few restaurants! Also a very little supermarket nearby! Would highly recommend this house, sitting on the terrace watching the ocean is a delight .

A casa é conforme descrito. Capacidade para 6 pessoas. Casa acolhedora, confortável e espaçosa. Cozinha completamente equipada, incluíndo máquina de lavar loiça. Possibilidade de fazer churrasco. Localizada em zona tranquila, perto da praia. A D. Margarida está sempre disponível para ajudar, com simpatia.

Comfortable and relaxing home

Spacious, comfortable home, with large sunny garden and lots of outside seating areas. The house is well equipped with everything you need, including beach gear. The beach itself is about 10 minutes walk and a must during your stay, if you like great stretches of fine white sand and sea. It's about a 35 min walk into town from the house and there are also a few nice restaurants and supermarket close by. We had a very easy and relaxing holiday here, which was just what we needed.

Top Location

Ein wunderschönes Haus , sehr sauber und gepflegt, ideal für Selbstversorger, da alles was man braucht in der Küche vorhanden ist . Nachts kann man die Türen und Fenster auflassen und mit den Lamellen aussen verschließen. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe ,rund 300m von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Mit den geliehenen Fahrräder vom örtlichen Verleih , ist alles gut erreichbar. (Die Räder sind schnell und leichtgängig). Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben und würden dahin wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus. Ruhig gelegen. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Komfortable Ausstattung. Zimmer und Bäder sauber und gepflegt. Gute Wasserqualität. Anregung für eine ergänzende Ausstattung: Deckchairs oder Liegen.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I wanted a holiday home which could be shared with others, so my architect designed a spacious, comfortable villa to accommodate six people easily. I have furnished and equipped it to a high standard and have a large collection of books as well as a wide selection of TV channels and excellent fibre-optic wi-fi.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The views, the birdsong, the leafy surroundings and the quiet location are all delightful, but the really special thing is the view of the sea and the nearness of the beautiful beach (as well as the bars and restaurants!).

The wonderful property manager speaks excellent English and Portuguese and really enjoys welcoming guests to this beautiful island and looking after them during their stay.
