A great base for all the family to enjoy at the fun this lovely seaside town has to offer.. 2 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio, sitting-out-area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking.. Set within a quiet residential area of Mablethorpe and only 300 yards from a sandy beach, this deceptively large bungalow is the ideal place to stay for a family holiday.

Recently redecorated throughout in 2021, this comfortable property features a sun room overlooking the garden, separate kitchen and dining room and a lovely living room to the front of the property. Within a 300 yard walk is the sandy beach of Mablethorpe where you can enjoy breakfast at the beachfront café, paddle in the sea and see who can build the biggest sandcastle. Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside resort with sandy beaches and something for all the family to enjoy. There is the Seal Sanctuary and Nature Centre and the Queen’s Park with its lakes and swings, or visit the beach and enjoy the amusements. Sutton-on-Sea is approximately 3 miles with more lovely beaches. Anderby Creek is just over 8 miles, Chapel Saint Leonards is 11 miles and the traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 18 miles.

Visit the Lincolnshire Wolds town of Horncastle, famous for its curio and antique shops, or the Georgian market town of Louth. Lincolnshire offers an abundance of great walks and cycles routes, and many can be enjoyed right from the doorstep. A wonderful stretch of unspoilt coastline can be found at the RSPB nature reserve at Gibraltar Point, 22 miles down the coast. Beach 1 mile.

We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch.

Initial hick up with keys but other than that, great stay, location is perfect,

Great stay, location is perfect to walk to the beach in 5 mins, 10 min walk to town, would recommend
