The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. There's also a dining table and breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying meals together. For added convenience, you'll have access to a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board during your stay.

🛏️BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The home has two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a child's bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the property to accommodate additional guests. You'll have exclusive use of the entire home, including a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Fresh, fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, and toilet paper are provided for your stay.

Our house is handily located in a rare free parking zone! Free on-street parking outside the property.

📍LOCATION

Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Easton, this home is just 10–15 minutes from Bristol city centre. You'll be within walking distance of independent cafés, restaurants, local shops, and excellent public transport, with easy access to Temple Meads, Cabot Circus, and the Bristol & Bath Railway Path.

We have two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with a child's bed, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

You will have sole use of the space, with one bathroom with a shower over a bath - we provide fluffy towels for each guest along with toiletries and toilet roll. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. You should also feel free to use the washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Wifi is of course provided, and we have a TV and a wood burning stove.
