Hello - Thanks for your review. We are pleased to hear that you liked the location of the apartment and enjoyed your stay overall. We are sorry to hear that the heating was not on when you arrived and will ensure that the cleaners leave this on for future incoming guests. Clear instructions for the use of the heating are in the welcome folder and there are also spare batteries etc stored in the apartment. We weren't notified of any toilet blockage and of course would have got someone out to rectify this had we been aware. The toilet has been tested after your departure. We do not permit smoking in the property and we are sorry if you could smell smoke anywhere throughout. We have asked the cleaners to check this and address as necessary. We appreciate that people's tastes on decor etc can vary - the decor etc is as pictured and the apartment is accurately described with the pricing set accordingly.
