The apartment has a lounge-dining room with table and chairs, sofa and TV, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen has been refurbished and has all the necessary utensils: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle,toaster, juicer, blender, tableware and washing machine.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, with wardrobes, reading lamps and bed linen. 1 full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towels.

The outside area includes a garden, shady terrace and outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun loungers.. Communal parking inside the grounds. No animals allowed.

The apartment is located in La Farella residential area, 100 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the port area.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
