Lujoso apartamento de 140m en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Techos muy altos, vivienda muy luminosa con altos techos y tres tranquilos dormitorios muy grandes en la histórica y céntrica Málaga cultural. Es un lugar ideal para explorar la ciudad. Entre el Teatro Cervantes, el Thyssen y Larios. Tres grandes dormitorio independientes, con camas de 180 cm y 160 cm y dos camas de 90cm. Los dormitorios son muy tranquilos. Gran salón con cuatro balcones y cocina integrada completamente equipada para cocinar. Decorado para hacerle sentir como en casa. Dispone de comedor para seis personas en una elegante mesa junto al balcon donde poder disfrutar de la vida de la ciudad. Edificio histórico rehabilitado con exquisito cuidado con amplios balcones luminosos con cierre hermético al exterior de la calle para disfrutar de plena tranquilidad. Dispone de ascensor. Ubicado en zona residencial a un paseo de todos los museos, playa y tiendas. Ocupación hasta 6 pers. WIFI y posible parking.

The apartment was perfect. Palma was a great host with great communication, she answered all of my questions quickly. Great location. Shops and restaurants right outside your door. But still quiet for sleeping. Highly recommend!

The place is in a great location close to restaurants and pubs. Great place to stay during the holidays as everything was decorated and festive. The flat was clean and well appointed.

Perfectly central for everythingWe were cycling holiday and had the rental bike shop on our door and access out Malaga to mountains quickly. Palma was great to deal with and gave us early access and late departure which helped a lot. Ideal.

Wonderful stay!

All six of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Palma is an excellent host. The location is perfect for seeing attractions, shopping and beach days.

Spectacular apartment in amazing location

We were thrilled that the apartment matched the description and photos. It was luxurious and also practical - minutes from everything and with a full kitchen and washer -drywr!Beds were comfy, and bedrooms in the back so very little street noise.Will stay there again!

If this is your first time in Malaga, this is the absolute perfect location to see and feel and experience all there is to the Centro district. Our host couldn't have been more cooperative, organized, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a lovely person. The listing could have been problematic as it states there are two king beds, when in fact there is just one king and one queen.

Thank you very much and I really appreciate your effort to do the review. Good to know about the translation of bed sizes as spain sizes are different. For us a bed of 180 cm is super king and the beds of 160 cm are king beds. Only beds of 130/140 are queen on our point of view but good to clarify. This house has one bed of 180 cm , one of 160 cm and two of 90 cm, many thanks and hope it helps others.

Great property and host

We stayed with our adult children for 4 nights. Palma communicated with us well and the appartment was spotlessly clean and had all you need for a family stay. Super bathrooms and showers and great location for walking into the central area of Malaga.

Great Place in Malaga

We had a pleasant stay here in Malaga. The apartment was awesome. Lots of room, clean, and in a great location. Palma greeted us upon check-in and went above and beyond to make our vacation amazing. We will definitely be back someday.

Highly recommend

This place is beautiful. The location was just perfect and because it’s in the city center, even though it’s busy and noisy outside, you did not hear any of the noise inside. This is a must if you are in Malaga!

June 2025 Stay

The property is very well maintained and was more than ample room for our family of four. It is a great central location, making walking the city center very easy. If you do happen to need a cab, we never waited more than 4-5 minutes to get one at one of the nearby cross-streets.

Great Staynin Malaga

Very nice and well equipped and furnished apartment. Near loads of pubs and tapas bars. Great restaurant, tapeo cervantes is 1 block away uphill. Malaga is a fun city, and this apartment is a great location and very luxurious. We will stay here again if we get back to Malaga.

Malaga Magic

We stayed for 3 weeks, Palma was amazing, from the moment we arrived in Malaga she was there to help. The location is super, easy walks to all the best places in Malaga. As a bonus our street seems to be where most of the religious processions pass, it’s very special.

Excellent stay - highly recommended

The apartment was perfectly located for all amenities, local tourist attractions, bars and restaurants, supermarkets and other shops, and for viewing Semana Santa processions. The apartment is bright, spacious and clean, and decorated and equipped to a high standard. Palma, the host, was most welcoming and accommodating, giving freely of her time to help us navigate the crowds to reach the apartment during Semana Santa. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Malaga.

We loved being in this modern, clean and well-furnished apartment. Our host made sure that incidentals were provided for us: detergent for the washer/dryer, tea kettle and teas, coffee pots and coffee, first aid items, very clean bedding and linens. The location is the best in so many ways. In old town we founds many excellent restaurants. We walked to the many museums, the Mercado, and most delightful/up the fortress built by the Moors. There was lots of action to look down one story below us, but the sleeping rooms were in the back and perfectly quiet. We took a trip on the bus, which was easily accessed. We spent three weeks in this delightful apartment, and want to thank Paula for making this vacation very memorable.

Walkable to Everything

Excellent location to base our stay in Malaga. We walked all over the city and could easily pop in to change, use the bathroom, enjoy siesta. I am amazed how this apartment is in the heart of El Centro - party in the street until 5am - and the bedrooms remain quiet. We used the laundry and the AC and all worked perfectly. The beds and pillows are quite firm, but an overall excellent place to spend a few days in Malaga.

Better than expected!

This is a beautiful apartment. Very spacious. We were there during the holidays and had the nice surprise of a community parade right outside that we could watch from the balconies. The apartment is right in the center of the old town. Communication with the owner was effortless. Thank you, Palma, for a lovely stay.

Nice apartment and wonderful city

The apartment was very clean and functional with a great location and easy access to parking. However, payment for parking was not included. Checking in and out was very easy. The manger was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location in the heart of Malaga

This place is exactly as is seems. It is in the heart of old city of Malaga, close to the Church, the sea, the hop/on hop/off tours and close to the grocery store. I recommend that you stay here, it is fully equipped and is clean. There is a elevator and this apartment is on the first floor. We would go back!

Great Property, Great Land cation, Great Host!

Our family group just spent five days here. The property is very clean, very nice and a great location in the middle of the historic pedestrian center of restaurants, bars and shops. Huge balcony windows overlooking the streets. Close to many tourist locations and easy walk to the beach. Palma was fabulous, met us at the property and spent time explaining the area and answering all of our questions. So many different types of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate how helpfulPalma was. A great choice for your stay in Malaga.
