The property has been updated for 2024 completely refurbished Downstairs shower Room, plus updated upstairs bathroom see added pictures,
catering for large families and golfing parties All day sunshine ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool. Banks, shops and bars only 5 min walk The well established Villamartin Plaza 5 mins away and the Le Fuente Centre that caters for all tastes 5 mins walk away
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliance's, there is a utility room next to the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher,fridge freezer and microwave. lounge is spacious and modern, with large sofas and a there is a Smart TV with fresat,and Netflix, plus Amazon firestick with all sky channels including TV box sets and 1000s of films. Also a google minI entertainment system ( similar to amazon Alexia) . Upstairs a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace, with patio furniture one twin bedroom and a fitted shower/bathroom.There are 3 twin bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 shower rooms.There are remote ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge which are quiet and extremely efficient. The property has high walls and gates, all secure, ideal for families. Patio area with table and chairs and garden area with outside dinning area with table, chairs, sun loungers. Coal Barbecue, 8*4 metre private pool with Roman steps for easy access. We also provide airport transfers


Golf Information : We cater for golf parties Costa Blanca is the ideal place for your next golfing holiday. Villamartin is less than a mile from our villa and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are only a few minutes drive away. You can also try La Finca Golf and Quesada which are within half an hour's drive or just under an hour away is the famous La Managa Club with 54 holes.

The property suited our purpose for the weeks holiday. We had a lovely time and appreciated the later check out immensely. The property had most things we need for our party of 9. We just thought maybe more than one towel per person, and the smaller twin rooms could do with aircon, I had the main room but my friends were all very warm and struggled to sleep at night. A bit noisy with the traffic main road but on the whole we had a lovely time.

Property is near a very loud music café annex kindergarten. The parking in front of the house is poor. Only 1 car. The street in front is a busy street. It would be nice if there were more towels per person. One each for a week is poor.

Very large and nice villa with everything needed. No car needed as everything is within 10/15 min walk. Lively bar next door serving good food, noise is not an issue. Great communication with owner and had an issue with drainage and that was sorted instantly. All in all, i definitely recommend this property

Ready made base with all facilities

Group of friends have repeated our stay and it proved to be a great decision. Plenty of room for our group of adults and location has many food options with some new opened on location door step

Golf Trip

This property is perfectly located and set up for group of golfers. Booking, check in ,stay and checkout all went smoothly. Agent went above and beyond gettting item we left behind back to us timeously. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

The villa gave us the room we needed as a party of 2 adults (not a couple) and 5 children. The outside are is great, pool was clean but tired.There were 5 sun beds in total so had to take turns for them. Lovely covered seating area with 8 seats so big enough for us. We did spend as much time as we could outside.inside there is a large living and kitchen area which is open and feels spacious but also able to make food whilst others were relaxing.It had air con in this room which was essential in July!There wasn’t any dish clothes or cleaning things to clear up after yourself so please make sure you bring your own (same for loo rolls etc).The three twin rooms downstairs are part of a side extension-no air con in any of these rooms, ceiling fan (not the best) and little ventilation.The kids ended up on the sofa in the lounge as they were stifling in July.2 bathrooms downstairs that were nice and clean.Upstairs there wasn’t any dish a double bed with patio/ balcony off.There was air con in this room (thankfully).The balcony was not inviting-a worn plastic sofa that was dropping to bits was on there.No shade so it was not useable at all. The twin room upstairs had no air con and was again stifling so poor sleep again.Upstairs bathroom was nice.Towels, pillows and linen were not great quality along with crockery/cutlery.Overall we did make the most of it and it met our family needs but it does need some modernising and air con in bedrooms-until then we wouldn’t return in summer.

Thanks for your response Firstly there are 8 sunbeds, not 5 there are tea towels and enough cutlery for 12 people, as for Aircon that's being sorted for next year. Most people are very happy and return But unfortunately you can't please everyone

Great

Great Villa, good location. Julie was there to greet us on arrival and kept in touch during our stay. Royal Oak next door is a good pub and does great food. 9 of us stayed for a golf break and everyone thought the place was bang on with loads of room. Already thinking of staying here next year.

Golf break stay

Very nice property, very clean but in need of some tlc. Excellent location. Was more than adequate for a party of 8 golfers. Only issue was no gas barbecue as listed on Vrbo only coal barbecue.

Family holiday

Fabulous villa, we were a family of 11 people, plenty of space for everyone, great pool and outside space, although it says towels are provided one each was not enough so we bought some and left them at the villa. Great pub next door, does breakfast, lunch & Sunday roast, amazing. Supermarket about 5 min walk.
